So inspiring! Absolutely learned a lot from this video. I am at my 30's right now and worried that it is too late for me to achieve my life goal because of my age. But, I think the problem is actually my mindset. Will do my best and focus on my self from now on :)

This young lady has an innate killer instinct. It’s not easy to spot just like some people are hidden killers, they’re sweet and laid back, but when it’s time for business, get the hell out of their way; and she's displaying this. Strong willpower, no quitting and give 0 shit bout how others think of her -- truly inspiring and such a fresh breath of air nowadays.
I find myself coming back to this video every quarter for her energy and I never fail to feel motivated thereafter. Definitely a bright future ahead for her. Good job to TAW for sharing her story so briliantly!

There are many reasons why CEO are not young. Im sure a talented girl like her could fullfill the basics of the role, but it's a different to being a good CEO. It's not possible to learn all the knowledge that is usually the CEOs responsibility. This includes, and is not limited to tax law, HR law, accounting, financial markets, public speaking and professional communication, public relations,...I'm guessing she gets away with a lot by the people she's managed to recruit, which is smart, but it's not everything. People working for you will eventually start to resent you if they feel they know more or could do a better job.
