Right! mostly because professionals manage most of these tactics and loopholes better. I was able to scale from $35K to 65K this crash by following my coach's advice.
@@bradsandler3526 People always struggle with the blatant impulse to want to do things themselves while forgetting that there is a process. Direction and fundamental information cannot be missed, which is why you end up getting lost in the market noise (consolidation) or disregarding some crucial elements that affect how each asset performs. The markets are more than just technicals, and stocks largely follow the fundamentals.

The way to outsmart everybody else is to tell them the truth in a way they have never heard before. Their brain rummages their brain for a reaction or answer but there is none - as this is an argument they have never encountered in their lives before.
Always live and speak your truth even if it means that you lose everything. Don't become another lying sellout sheep. There's no honor and respect in that and you WILL lose in the end because all your lies will catch up with you. There's nothing more respectable than an honest man or woman. Nothing.
I paused this video halfway when I heard about writing. I began to write down an issue I have with the Christian church. Though a Christian, I have issues with how Christians(as a community) react to certain type of people. Therefore, I wrote pages about an argument that should be more contemplated before jumping into ridiculing individuals which end up repelling them away from the core of our belief. I am unsure if that made sense but it is definitely a powerful thing to write because I think I just came up with a perspective that no body in the church could actually argue with. I won’t be able to tell many because they think so black and white. However, if one is interested in it, now I have an amazing insight to share.

This is probably one of the most profound things that should be put into the mainstream. When someone is explained the reason(s) they are required to do something, it changes their attitude/perspective about a task. The little extra time for defining something to an individual or group extends beyond the task.

This comment made me realize one of the main reasons my thinking skills have improved while I see my social circle still argue and analyze stuff like they did 5 years ago.
This is why I really appreciate my graduate school education, which happened at a time when universities were still educating people. My graduate mentor told me once, "You'll never realize how much or little you understand something, until you have to write it." That is absolutely the case and is a good case for the why to write. You write because that will illuminate your true understanding of the topic.
According to Trump supporters your professor is A Marxist and teaching CRT . So your education doesn't count
True man, and my problem which still persists that i dont like to write as I am lazy.Even studied maths without writing much but only reading it and understanding the problem,Which actually led to lower grades which could have been great if i really practise them
He's right. I am in my late 30s in a fast-moving organization. Every battle is won or lost based upon articulation, communication, and being able to argue your points concisely. Those who can do it rise to the top - 100%. This does not come to me naturally, so I am faking it until I make it, even now. Some people have a natural ability that is tough to compete with.
What do you do? Sounds fun
Im in a fast paced environment too, very competitive, here are some tips:
- Clear your mind and organize your thoughts starting from:
1. What's your goal?
2. What do you want to convey and how?
3. Who's your audience and why should they care (this is important, people are more receptive if they can connect to why this should matter to them)
- In some situations it's also worth thinking what you want to avoid
- Be professional and direct, most miscommunications I see is caused from making assumptions
_ Validate by asking questions
_ Anticipate objections and have a plan to address them - be prepared!
i agree stephen.... i think many ppl on the politically left spectrum fail to realize this. the left today seem to think all of us should get to the same place.... when in fact.... ohly some of us will.

I began my investment journey at the age of 33, primarily through hard work and dedication. I am to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity..
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $500k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.
wow that’s stirring! Do you mind connecting me to your advisor please. I desperately need one to diversified my portfolio...
Do you mind sharing info on the adviser who assisted you? I’m 40 now and would love to grow my stock portfolio and plan my retirement.
Bitcoin price has been fluctuating lately and it's very frustrating to those who buy and hold.. The good thing about this space is that you can buy the dips and put them into active trades while waiting for a pump in price because it is inevitable.
Price will go up and down but the market has been so profitable despite price up and down.
As for me I have been trading with a professional trader who trades on my behalf and has the required skills and experience and it has been profiting.
It's obvious a lot of people will give up on crypto trading and investment due to the dip but you all will remain poor if you don't take risks and know that no successful and wealthy personality made it to the top with just a one income stream or without risks.
I felt I have successfully made it in life with a good paying job but I hate it. I definitely need to get off my ass and start giving this side hustle and investment a chance. Thank for the motivation

Case in point; The Iraq War
There were 2 main figureheads that pushed for this war, Tony Blair and George Bush. One is seen an incompetent buffoon and the other a war criminal.
The problem is that the whole today's world seems to use this tactic!
I remember being the student who challenged my teachers and professors. Healthy challenges that didn't diminish the actual point, it was just another observation into the same truth. I always had a hard time and was made to be a trouble maker. The system does not encourage independent thinking. Follow the orders, move by the syllabus..
The fun thing is that in my college, these students are rightfully celebrated by teachers. My teacher gets frustrated when students act like puppets, without any doubts or arguments.
Same here.. I was called stupid, and told I would never amount to anything which as a young child actually stuck in my head and destroyed most of my dreams and desires. I still have issues with it as I feel everything I do is subpar. Even though I'm a twice honor graduate from trade schools in a highly complex and skilled trade. I was even kicked out of high-school because I asked to my questions and made my teacher explain things
I wasn't comprehending.
I can see this sort of philosophy in high school teachers, but I think most professors encourage any questions that lead to a deeper understanding of the subject matter (as long as it's a small enough class to facilitate questions).
Came in Germany if you want to be independent thinker they will let you do alone the whole studying they should just give you one question and you have to make a whole research and do your own thinking 🤔 stuff.
Later on they will give you the right answer so you can see what you thought and how the reality is.
Hope you are doing fine around where you are sending you love and good vibes
The system is not making entrepreneurs, it’s trying to make workers. And a smart worker will find work elsewhere most of the time. This is our current paradox. Governed by greed.
Absolutely agree. I learned much more and grew more through the papers I wrote in graduate school than from the lectures or the readings themselves.

Writing is a key factor but I believe that using our minds in general will sharpen it. We're quick to pick up our calculator as opposed to figuring in our heads. Every chance we get, we ought to use our mind. Even learning new tasks will sharpen it. Using a non dominant hand or foot to complete a task is a big one. Think about this. The right side of the brain controls the left side of the body. If I am more dominant with one side and uncontrolled with the other, I'm only engaging a portion of my minds capacity. Begin practicing with your non dominant hand, with writing, and see your cognitive ability, logic, reason, wit, understanding, self control all increase drastically. Yes, even self control. When we gain control over our body, interestingly enough, control over our emotions, thoughts, actions, desires, and will are all recognized. "Self" control.
Interesting. Do you have any empirical data or external studies to validate that this drastically increases "your cognitive ability, logic, reason, wit, understanding, self control"?

"Why" is the one answer I see mostly underserved in any aspects of life. And answers like "well, because we did it like that" is not an answer. Its just an reassuring for the person to be right about what they do. The real way to explain a "why" is to take the topic, lay it out, explain the important aspects for the question and conclude with a logic outcome. Doing all this while making sure that figuring the "why" out helps the person to have less "why's" in the future. Teach them to think for themselfs.

Ty Mr. Peterson..you have honestly helped me change my life for the better..I am eternally grateful.
In school I was never taught why I was studying a subject. Later in career and in my life I have found instances where I am able to use what I learned in school but I wish some one had explained to me this missing piece in school and I would have learned a lot more passionately.

I enjoy these videos! Thanks for the good content.
The people who had Peterson as a professor were blessed.
This Motivated me more than my 12 years in school

When you listen to these it’s unfathomable why his character is attacked so viscously
Test your belief then, see why he is attacked. I like him too, but he has his flaws like every public intellectual out there.
@@Al-eo2li we all have our flaws. I wouldn't expect to be hunted down with such animosity for them. Not when the core of my character is directed towards the good.
@@cumboward Depends on what you consider good. I see good in Peterson and also see his flaws. I suggest you test your faith in him and actually see why he is hated.
I love his takes and messages on Individuality and the promotion of it. Theres so much more I like about him, and his words have indeed helped me. But I also understand why he is hated.
I personally think that he is attacked so viciously because he has had the courage to speak about a great many things that people nowadays would rather not see, hear, or even perceive. He indeed has flaws, a great many I'm sure, as any human being in this world.
There is a saying here in Mexico, which is where I'm from: "tapar el sol con un dedo/ to cover the sun with a finger". It basically means that someone chooses not to acknowledge a reality they know exists simply because they don't like it, or maybe because it is very painful, or for many other reasons, but the core of the saying is still the same regardless: not *wanting* to see the truth. And for all his faults, I think Dr. Peterson tries his best to speak with truth.
He has said so himself in some interviews, 12 Rules for Life are primarily directed at him, he is the practitioner of a set of rules that he himself compiled to try to put his life in order (in the sense of living the best way he knows and understands how) and to try to get many people to do the same, in their own way, shape or form.
I think he is attacked because, the only way to live such a life, is by admitting to oneself first of all that we are indeed flawed and not as good as we would like to think we are. I have seen this in my own personal practice as a clinical psychologist. The only way one can truly change their own life is by seeking their own personal truth, finding the good and the bad, and learning to deal with both in the most humane way possible in service, first of one's self, and by consequence in service of others.
Unfortunately, and again this is my own opinion, we are living in a world where many don't assume their own personal responsibility, and a great many people are confused, hurt and unfortunately are hurting others as well. I personally admire Dr Peterson because of his courage and his attempts of working in the service of "goodness" regardless of what personal interpretation we can give to such a word.

I’m 21 and when I used to attended elementary I had a thing for reading books, mystery, non fiction and sometimes Harry Potter books. we were learning in English class we would do Popcorn reading and eventually it was my turn to read out loud from a textbook. As I read the teacher interrupted me two separate times to tell me to read with less emotion. Ever since I honestly haven’t read a book without a purpose, or just for fun. Growing up at home in my room I had a large bookshelf where I had text books and small chapter books. I enjoyed reading but after the teacher had told me that, I felt like I was reading wrong. And I can’t get over that, I know because I’ve been interested in books and I’ve managed to build a tiny library in my phone. However, I don’t read the books due to the fact that when I try it reminds me of what the teacher told me and I can’t continue to read the book without feeling like I’m reading wrong. I’ve told a few people about this but it didn’t change anything within myself. I do wonder if I’ll get over that feeling and manage to read a full book how I want just for myself without any judgment. I dropped out of college at 19 and I live by myself til this day. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

This is true. My son in the 5th grade, would cut corners and finish an assignment in a 1/3 of the time it took the rest of the class for most of his 5th grade grade. At conferences, teacher told me, he doesn’t follow directions and uses his free time reading the wimpy kid books. He’s always questioning things. After conferences I sided with my kid.
When I was in high school I taught myself TI-BASIC, the top level programming language of TI graphing calculators. I wrote all kinds of programs, one of which automated the solving of quadratics because I found them tedious and pointless, and I was far more likely to make a mistake by doing them manually.
One day, the entire 90 minute class was just a test on quadratics. So I spent the first ten minutes programming the provided calculator, and then the next 10 minutes blowing through the test. Enter A, B, and C, it would spit out the positive and negative values, press another key and it would draw the graph.
I was accused of cheating. I explained myself but the teacher didn't believe that I wrote and memorized the program. I wasn't out of trouble until I got an opportunity to sit there under supervision with a notebook and a pen, and I wrote the whole program out on paper, with comments, and able to explain exactly what each line did and why. And even then, instead of praise, I was met with anger, disapproval, and vitriol.
Ended up with a D- on that test even though every answer was precisely correct because I didn't do it the way I was "supposed" to. It was one of the best and worst experiences of my life.
My big takeaway was that teachers especially don't like students that are smarter than them. I was flabbergasted that an adult math teacher didn't understand a FOR loop, let alone IF THEN statements. It broke my spirit, I stopped attending a lot of classes, opting instead to go skateboard and smoke weed and fool around with girls and just take the punishment that would ensue. It was far less grief than arguing with idiot teachers.
@@nutbastard I mean the answer is just 1 point. The process on paper is where you get most of the points. If you only write the answer of course you will get a bad grade. This how the correction is set because if you do a error by taping the calcul on your calculator you will at lest get the points from what you wrote on paper.
@@nutbastard that's a horrible experience. It's like doing something great and impressive and no one can truly appreciate it.
@@appl3thegr3at64 Eh, I learned more that day about real life and human psychology than maybe any other day in my life. It wasn't the lesson the teacher intended to teach me, but it was the better lesson to learn.
The only thing that pissed me off about the whole situation is that what I was doing was not a shortcut. It required a complete understanding of the math to be able to write that program from memory.
So it was revealed to me that learning wasn't the point of school. The actual point was obedience training, was to instill some sort of sick blind reverence for authority.
Yeah, no, I'm cool off that, I'd rather go skateboarding.
@@nutbastardI’m glad I just went str8 to the weed and girls n didn’t have to go thru that lmao. I do program now and I honestly regret now challenging teachers but I will make sure my kid does haha
