This tour wasn’t advertised well I found out at the last minute and barely made it. I’ve seen psyclon nine many times over the years and this was the first tour I’ve heard them do “remains of Eden” which was awesome and one of my top favorite songs of there’s.
Still remember just being so high and discovering Parasitic a year after its release and just being mesmerized by its sound and darkeness. So glad Nero is still at it.
I came back to hear this again, and this new material is so fucking heavy. I like Metropolis record but they don’t even mention the new album coming out which is pretty shitty. I wish they could find an album that would promote them the way they deserve. Something like Artifact or Cleopatra.
I feel like Nero hasn’t been the most in touch person the last few albums, even from a fan’s perspective (not even counting how different the music industry is now). I would not be surprised if a smaller label like Metropolis is trying to figure out what their relationship with all their artists looks like in the future
Is Nero sober now? I feel his past drug use was a hindrance to promoting the albums well. PSY9 should be bigger given the audience out there for modern aggrotech. There are great industrial bands like panic lift and the browning getting hundreds of thousands of views.
Nice man, I got the see them twice this tour and got videos myself. The played 3 new songs. They were gonna play 5 originally but crossed 2 out haha. They also crossed out As You Sleep but fantastic concert nonetheless. Absolute masterpieces as always! ;)
Every album has sounded different from the last since they started. You can't shun an album because of this reason. They have always been changing. I love this album as much as I love all the others. Unfair to say that it isn't as good because you want them stagnant. I appreciate the variety.
The new material isn't necessarily bad imo, it just lacks a lot of the energy I associate with P9. It feels like a lot of these surviving golden era aggrotech bands (Dawn of Ashes especially) have moved away from the super harsh and fast style that was prevalent from 2003-2012 and gained them notoriety to begin with.
The new material is very good, you could definitely see how they matured as a band. I feel likely some their new material is more influenced by Marilyn Manson and NIN then their previous albums where you can straight up their version of industrial black metal
@aegis raven listen to Crwn Thy Frnicatr album, you'll hear plenty of black metal influence. Only retards listen to old black metal garbage. Industrial Black Metal and Symphonic Black Metal is way better. Open your narrow mind
@@НораФендер nope. Sorry you're wrong. Been listening to this band waaaay before you and started with black metal in the 80's. Your bullshit opinions are fucking lies. Hey, is Nero rewinding persons brains during live concerts, one of his band members looked really angry about that. May have entirely rewound someone called Zak that way.

Rock on! Fun show, all were super nice and welcoming. Hope they’re able to come back around again soon
VERY VERY VERY GOOD !!! VERY VERY VERY GREAT !!!
Thanks for putting this on I mess it but I'll see them when come ai hope new York city
Our pleasure, thank you for the feedback. If you have the opportunity, do the VIP meet/greet, they're very welcoming and down to earth offstage.
New music is lethargic af. Long gone are the days of the special P9 variant of high-octane aggrotech EBM.
I’m glad it is because those days were just ok.
