- In today's crafting adventure I will show you how to make a Reindeer Wreath. This is a Dollar Tree Christmas DIY, all the materials to make this wreath came from Dollar Tree. For this wreath I am using the standard ruffle method.The base of the wreath is made using the new snowball mesh from Dollar Tree. Dollar Tree calls the mesh Decorative Glitter Mesh but it does not have any glitter, it has fake snow. I am really loving the blues, white and silver together this year. So festive and cherry! I also am very happy with this new type of deco mesh that you can get at Dollar Tree, no fraying! Below you will find a detailed list of the tools and materials that I used to make this beautiful Christmas wreath. Let me show you how to make it.

Tools:
Glue gun & glue sticks, scissors, floral wire, wire cutters, ruler, (Optional) rotary cutter & mat
Materials:
Dollar Tree ~ 1 18 inch wreath form, 1 silver reindeer wall decor, 1 roll 2.5 inch silver ribbon, 10 pkg. light blue with snow deco mesh, 1pkg. Christmas ball ornaments blue & silver, 1 pkg. white snowflakes, 1 pkg. vase filler in silver and white, 1 silver snowflake ornament

Tip: If you are unable to get all the rolls in the light blue with snow you can always mix in some of the white mesh with the snow as well. I did notice that some of the rolls of mesh were shorter than others so you might want to pick up one additional roll of mesh to make sure you have enough to cover the form. Love using this mesh from Dollar Tree, little to no fraying of the mesh!

I had pretty much the same idea in mind as far as the colors. I am soooo glad you posted this as it gives me great ideas how to finish mine. I could only find four rolls of the blue snow mesh but I do have ten of a similar bluish grey color mesh from DT. The reindeer is a great idea. I’ll make mine this weekend. Thank you !

Yes you can but I would use a different method. The standard ruffle will fray a lot with dollar tree regular mesh.

I just checked dollartree.com and they are selling the mesh online, you do have to buy a case, but it is available online.
My dollar tree didn't have the blue or deer so I'm making a angle one with dark blue just took the wired part of the angle topper off

Yes you could use a white deer but I haven't seen one white you'd have to paint it that way.
My wire wreath is 14 in
That will still work, your reindeer will just be a bit bigger on the wreath.
