    Also is Rab part of the Clathrin coat? Is it what causes the vesicle to pinch off? I thought dynamin is what causes the vesicle to pinch off, but I've also read that Rab's GTP hydrolysis activity is what causes the vesicle to pinch off.

    Are Sar1 (COPII) and ARF 9COPI) Rab proteins? What about Ran (the nucleus)?
