Just get your arms out Suzie, I decided last summer that I wasn't going to hide my old arms anymore. I keep them moisturised and add some gradual tan, so far no one has fainted at the sight of my 66 year old arms 😂 To be honest I don't think anyone does notice arms, it's just us worrying about thrm. 💋
The advice for those who are pre-diabetic seems to make good sense for the rest of us too, so your research was probably time well spent! I learned a lot from my dad who was in the pre-diabetic range for a while. Blueberries, nuts, sourdough bread, exercise, stress management, and so much else!
That trouser suit looks fabulous on you Suzi! 😍 You are looking younger, fresher and more fabulous every week! I don't think you have much to worry about with your arms (I'm about the same age as you and mine look as if I'm 90!.) TFS and have a good week! 👍💖
Wow ,that was a delightfully informative vlog! First of all ,the trouser suit - fabulous ,and gorgeous with the jacket at the end.Loved you thr kingfisher jacket and bag you tried on ! the colour is you for sure! Great to. see you walking around London.Really helpful info re the order in which it's best to eat food! Loved the black and white checked dress and hat,and the Banoffee info in that glorious place .Dr Ahmed is right ! You were / are totally GLOWING .❤ Loved Ripley with Andrew Scott , the photography was just out of this world !!Thank you, byex

Morning Suzi. I really enjoyed your vlog and appreciate all the tips. I’m definitely going to have some tweakments in the next few months. I’m 71 and this week a colleague guessed my age as 54! I was well chuffed!
Hi Suzi you looked stunning in the pin stripe trouser suit, really lovely albeit not your usual funky quirky look. Your hair n makeup fab you had a lovely glow about you, so glad you have "turned the corner" and got your zest back. Also loved the black/white checked dress my type of outfit, Keep enjoying life love Margaretx
You make me feel so much better because my arms horrify me! That's not putting too fine a point on it - I am horrified by them. But you look fab and I'm going to follow your good example. I'm going to do a little Jergen's Natural Glow tanner, but after that, when I feel moved, it's arms out!

Morning Suzi Thank you for the continued vlog in London. Your lunch in the gallery looked really nice think I will give it a go. Saw the film Argylle this week about an author strange and difficult to explain about the film but funny worth a watch. Saw Al Murray again at Woking who was very funny and very clever. Thank you again Sue
I think I've seen Argylle but can remember nothing and think I was quite un-empressed! But will double-check in case I'm going mad. Will watch the trailer. x
Another fabulous Vlog Suzi, thank you for taking us out and about with you. I love the Next trouser suit you look wonderful in it. And I LOVE Dr Ahmed I could listen to him all day. Take care lovely, have a great week and thank you for still doing your Vlog every week. ❤️😘
Loved the skin advice. Love Caravaggio, love the Baroque period with the chiaroscuro. I can see why you might want to move to London, as much as I love your house, there's a lot to see and do in the city.
Love the next trouser suit, it looks fab on you and the coral lipstick is a great colour. I think the blood sugar lady you spoke about is on you tube - the glucose goddess. I saw the episode when she talked about eating the veggies first. She also said if you’re eating something like a bolognaise and can’t separate your food have a small salad as a starter. ❤
Suzi, I've made a delicious coffee and settled down for an indulgent half an hour with you. You're always the best part of my Monday, here in NZ. You're always inspiring and I love your enthusiasm. Sorry about your incorrect diagnosis and thank you for your health tips. Great video, thank you Suzi.🎉
Hello NZ, I miss that part of the world so much. Glad you like the top tips and I suppose the wrong diagnosis was a blessing in disguise for ageing as healthily as possible! x
I am eating only rye bread now and it seems to suit me better than ordinary wholemeal bread digestion wise. I buy a pack from Waitrose. Lasts well and it's packed in thin slices. Don't know why it has taken me so long to find it! Great for open sandwiches. Love the video as always. I loved living in Brighton in my late teens and early 20s. Fifty years ago. When it was not quite so busy. Then moved to Richmond and Chiswick. Must have a day trip to both places this year. Especially Brighton.
Love the outfits and I thought you looked absolutely stunning. Your face looks so smooth and your hair was so pretty and your brighter lip is gorgeous!!! Love, love, love the doctor!! He’s a keeper!!!🤗❤️

Hard for art museums to get their hands on a Caravaggio. Went to the hugh Washington, DC art museum & asked where their Caravaggio was & was told they had none. And it was not for the lack of trying, the art curator said.
Ahh, my skin is so sun damaged. Back in the 70's we used Johnson's Baby oil on the beach! Yikes! Looked good then but....oh well, I am still the beach girl at 69.Loved the vlog, Suzi, thank you xx
Looking very sharp in that suit outfit - lovely, Suzi! I also love it when you take us along on your city trips - living vicariously through those! 😃 Interesting to hear about the skin care and see the results of the doctor's treatment above your upper lip. You may have mentioned in the past, but were you a cigarette smoker? I was wondering that, if so, it would have contributed to those pursed lip creases. I have gotten vertical, semi-circular creases on each side of my chin, from being a side sleeper - folding my skin at those places, for years, every night. 😕 Have a wonderful week! 🌺
Thank you lovely so glad you like our little trips together! I was a cigarette smoker but I have friends who have never smoked who have worse lines than mine! But I do like that this is a natural treatment as opposed to filler. I await my second treatment with bated breath! Boring getting older isn’t it?! x
I love your outfit. Love it. Sneakers go great with the dress/pants. The jacket is fabulous. Good sturdy shoes are a must. Love Zoe's dress too. The British have been known as style setters. Its been a while though so I'm glad to see those young women are back at it. Good for them! I love that black and white dress! Oh man I'm jealous. I want some clothes like that. Dr.Ahmed is very handsome. I wish I had a Dr. Ahmed. He has glorious eyes. I love the tweekment results.
Love a lunch at the galleries and museums in London. Didn’t realise I was intermittent fasting but apparently I am. Luckily was on holiday in Canada some years ago and there was a full exhibition of Caravaggio, dragged my son along as I felt he needed to see it, much appreciated as it opened his eyes to real atmospheric artists. I watch you walking around London filming and I’m always worried you are going to have your phone grabbed. Loved your visit to Dr Ahmed, one question I have is when do you put your sun protection on when doing your skin routine, before moisturising or after?
So glad you liked the vlog and lucky you seeing all those Caravaggios! Put the sunprotection very last thing unless you are putting foundation on, in which case it's the penultimate as it can ruin the foundation look. x
You look fab Suzie! Love the white suit and your array of sunglasses. Pls could you link to the sunglasses from the lady in the lanes - they look fab! The tweakments you’re doing look very subtle. I’m not a fan of fillers as they do tend to look a bit obvious but Dr Ahmed looks like he knows what he’s doing! Could you ask Dr Ahmed about sagging jowls! I’m 54 next month and so far no wrinkles but sagging! 🥰😄😄
Hi lovely, here's the link: www.zoedepass.com/collections/all I am so glad you like the look of the tweakment, I’m not a fan of fillers either. As natural as possible is always my way of doing things xx
Hello Suzi you're looking wonderful & happy. I get a little confused lol. I think you're adding clips so only visited London once this time? I love the pant suit!! ( you may have called it something else) well the clothies. Zoe's sunglasses were wonderful, what a lovely girl. The brunch looked yummy. Caravagglio was very talented but oh my I can't bring myself to look at capitation paintings. Oh also the dress from last year, loved it. You model everything so well & yoir arms are in great shape. I love hearing Dr Ahmed's advice & you've had wonderful results. I wish i could do an in person consultation. Would love to try his products. When visiting NY would he stop off in smoky mountains of NC? 😅. I'm a fan. Wishing you a blessed week, enjoy yourself. It's memorial weekend here & my middle son's 40 something birthday. He's not traveling down til later in the summer. My best to you this week & maybe a Sox visit? Take care big hugs 🤗 ❤.
Sox has left me and I'm quite upset! I look for her every night. I guess it's because I went away for 10 days and she had wee cubs she's gone elsewhere. Hope she's ok. Dr Ahmed does Zooms with people all over the world so why not book a Zoom with him and he will send you the products you need? Yes there were clips from London from my visit a couple of weeks ago, sorry to confuse! x
Loved the trousers suit it looked gorgeous. Dr Ahmed is sooo lovely. I agree with another comment made about your arms, just get them out if you want. Life is too short to worry about things like that. I have only just come to this realisation (just turned 70). My beautiful pilates instructor has just been diagnosed with a form of dementia, she is in her fifties. She eats healthily (follow Dr Michael Mosley), obviously very physically fit as she teaches all sorts of fitness classes. So you have to just go for it.♥️
Your looking so well Suzi what foundation do you use ❤got to watch the Vlog again to watch about the Vit C serum and where you had your lunch in Sussex have a great week❤
I LOOOOVE your friends PINK DRESS, GORGEOUS, and your Black and White dress. These dress are totally my style. Kim from U S.❤❤❤❤ . Would love to live in or near London some day, and meet you.
Hello Suzie! I love the new sleeveless outfit and jacket! Very smart stylish look! A+ on your lip color darker coral? looks awesome- you really looked just fab walking along in London! ❤I do have a question for Dr Ahmed- I (like my father) have skin cancer spots starting to appear mostly in my face 😮 each year they are usually frozen - some treated with an Efudex cream, I use daily sunscreen and keep a hat on outside, however, I wonder about what is best to apply to my skin to protect and revitalize it? Is vitamin C and retinol the best for me?Thank you for all your info!!! Cindy, NH- USA
Another great vlog. I didn’t know Caravaggio was on at the Gallery. A very interesting artist. He escaped a death sentence for murder. A violent man. But such brilliance with paint and brush . Skin care section good too. Thank you.
Yes wasn't he an interesting character. I loved that Rob Rinder and Rylan covered it so well on their programme - if you're in the UK - best programme ever! Loved it x
Hi Susie. Love that trouser suit it looks really lovely. Great vlog as usua a question for Dr I’ve recently past 3 months been taking Biotin tablets and discovered as I’ve now stopped taking them that they have caused me very dry skin on my face and armpits large spots on my neck and rosatia on my cheeks. Since I’ve stopped taking them it’s improved but I still have it. What do I do I use moisturiser serum and it’s been horrendous never had it before I am early 60s and pale complexion never had good skin but nothing ever as bad as this 😱 Hope you have a good week 😊😊😊
Will ask him for sure. Don't know when he's available for a Live on Insta as he's going to NYC but will add to the list. Sounds awful lovely, I will have a good think from my nutrition days as well. x
@@AlternativeAgeing thankyou Susie it’s really like nothing I’ve experienced before no rush just happy to get some advice. Nutrition may be a factor so thankyou. Enjoy your week 😊
@@AlternativeAgeingthere's a device called Sensilift, made by Sensica, which uses this technology. I keep looking at in Boots but it's SO expensive, so I'm wondering if the doc might know something about it, before I splash out!
@@AlternativeAgeingyou're smart, knowledgeable and sensible, and I totally trust your nutritional advice! And I don't like it when people are critical...!
Lovely trouser suit Suzi. Hasn't Dr Ahmed got nice knashers? Nivea and castor oil is my current regime..... probably a bit easier on the purse. 🤭 That pub at Jevington looked lovely, I'll have to check it out. X
Nivea and castor oil sounds just perfect! I can't bear the texture of castor oil but can share lots and lots of tips about castor oil as it was part of my training for natural nutrition years ago! x
@@AlternativeAgeing Glad you approve. Not sure it's helped my face much but I've noticed my dry eyes are better. (I put some on my lashes and eyebrows too) Would love to hear your castor oil advice.
@@AlternativeAgeing that would be great. Thank you! I've heard good things, but I also heard it stimulates hair growth, which none of us need on the face.
Hi Suzie, I really love your videos. :) They have soul. I just wanted to say ( I hope I don't come off as rude, if so please forgive, I mean well) have you ever tried to put up your hair? You look so different in the beginning of the video and so cute without the bangs? XX
My hair is too short to put up! but I have it as up as it will go when I feel like a quiff. But sometimes I like my fringe, it it's not too long. But thank you, so many mixed opinions I just go with how I feel and look that day!!! x
You can't get the Vitamin C direct you have to have a consultation but they're very reasonable via Zoom. I can't remember the price of the Retinol but it's not cheap but it really is the best I've ever tried and I've tried many because I get so many free! Worth talking to him as my skin has never looked better and that's all I've changed! x
Hi from Annie you are looking good, nice to see a bit of London as you walk about the streets and shops. That white outfit is ok but those ding dangals that hand in front betwwen legs looks a bit odd etc especially with jacket done up etc. That lovely dog she is a real cutie. The lipstick is nicer than that red one from last week you had on.
Thank you for your brutal honesty Anne! Most love the red lipstick as well but each to their own. I'm now going to have to look at the ding dangals as I have no idea which white outfit you think is ok apart from the dangles!!! x
Love your first outfit, then with the jacket. Yes, heels will look great. Actually love all your outfits and how you look. The French woman you talk about is talking to those who are diabetic or prediabetic. I’ve been researching this for months and was concerned also. If we’re not diabetic, it’s best to eat protein first, she’s even said that. Protein is best. She is trying to help and wean obese, diabetic people, which is great. She, as other YTrs have come on the scene and sometimes we get anxious because we want to be healthy. I don’t eat sugar or processed foods, so I’m not going to be anxious about it. I know my body pretty well. These videos are fabulous. So great that you walk so much. That doctor was so wonderful. Great to see you. Have a good week.❤️
I would still eat vegetable first as they form a mesh in your gut so better for digestion and everything. And everyone gets higher blood sugar as they get older, I trained as a nutritionist and eat the healthiest diet possible but they are still high even if they are not pre-diabetic. So I think the nations who eat their green salad first and then the main meal have the right idea! Protein is SO important the older you get. We have work to do , always! Have a wonderful week. x
I’m afraid there aren’t any links for my sunglasses as one pair is vintage and came from Byron Bay and the black and white ones are also original 50s frames passed to be from a family member. So sorry I can’t help when it comes to vintage xx

Put the sunprotection very last thing unless you are putting foundation on, in which case it's the penultimate as it can ruin the foundation look. x
Enjoyed very much...And you do look Great...
Love the long bangs on you! Your hair looks great with all your sunglasses.
Great vlog this week Suzi!
Btw, I love your hair off your face in the style you wore with the trouser suit - very chic! xx
Hi lovely, here's the link: www.zoedepass.com/collections/all
I am so glad you like the look of the tweakment, I’m not a fan of fillers either. As natural as possible is always my way of doing things xx
Hairstyle suits you Suzi. Next trouser suit is so smart and elegant. Have you tried a white trainer with it? ❤
Haven't worn it out yet but yes white shoes too! I was going to wear a black bag hence the black shoes! But agree with you, white better. xx
I just love your channel I live alone and you are my friend never lonely
Hi Evelyn, thank you so much, I'm so happy to hear that I can give you some company. Hope you have a good week, much love xx
Yes there were clips from London from my visit a couple of weeks ago, sorry to confuse! x
Looking GREAT Suzi! Love the suit
So you have to just go for it.♥️
How sad to hear that about your Pilates teacher. Just goes to show we have to live every single day and get those arms out!x
hi there great video as usual ,you look fantastic. In your new trouser suite, and what a nice doctor.your skin is looking really good.see you soon.xx
Thank you Cynthia! Hope you have great week! xx
Your looking so well Suzi what foundation do you use ❤got to watch the Vlog again to watch about the Vit C serum and where you had your lunch in Sussex have a great week❤
I love your style
I LOOOOVE your friends PINK DRESS, GORGEOUS, and your Black and White dress. These dress are totally my style. Kim from U S.❤❤❤❤ . Would love to live in or near London some day, and meet you.
Thank you so much Kim! Glad you like! xx
Love your fringe pulled back, you have a beautiful face!!! Show it off!😊
Hello Suzie!
THANK YOU for the question! Will ask him for sure. Sure he will say Vit C but hopefully more. x
I love the suit Suzi. Please ask the Doctor about castor oil on the skin?
Another great vlog. I didn’t know Caravaggio was on at the Gallery. A very interesting artist. He escaped a death sentence for murder. A violent man. But such brilliance with paint and brush . Skin care section good too. Thank you.
Yes wasn't he an interesting character. I loved that Rob Rinder and Rylan covered it so well on their programme - if you're in the UK - best programme ever! Loved it x
Love your vlogs
great vlog
Looking fabulous👍🤗😘🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
May I ask what the cool doctor advised for eyes ? Estee lauder advanced night repair for eyes ? Xx
He didn’t but that’s a great question for him. I use Estée Lauder too and my puffiness is SO much better with it. x
Love the blazer ❤
We had fun in the sun when we were young and now we are paying the price with all our skin issues . Lol
Always love you. ❤
Aww, thank you so much lovely xx
What do I do I use moisturiser serum and it’s been horrendous never had it before I am early 60s and pale complexion never had good skin but nothing ever as bad as this 😱
Hope you have a good week 😊😊😊
Will ask him for sure. Don't know when he's available for a Live on Insta as he's going to NYC but will add to the list. Sounds awful lovely, I will have a good think from my nutrition days as well. x
@@AlternativeAgeing thankyou Susie it’s really like nothing I’ve experienced before no rush just happy to get some advice. Nutrition may be a factor so thankyou. Enjoy your week 😊
Question for lovely Dr Ahmed - is it worth trying dynamic radio frequency treatments for wrinkle reduction?
I have never heard of this. Is it like LED Jane? But I will and thank you so much for for the question (and sticking up for me always!) xx
That pub at Jevington looked lovely, I'll have to check it out. X
Hi im curious about the castor oil. Have you noticed much of an effect?
@@notaclue822 I'll do a whole lot on castor oi as it was part of my holistic nutritional training! It's good stuff I just hate the texture!
QUESTION Suzie where do we send the questions for your adorable Doctor?
Here! x
What does Dr Ahmed use on his face? I think your lip lines look better!
I have no idea! I can’t ask him that, but I will! xx
But thank you, so many mixed opinions I just go with how I feel and look that day!!! x
@@AlternativeAgeing thank you for answer. Xx you look awesome Anyways.
Hi Suzy link to Dr As vitamin c please ? How much are you paying for the retinol?
I'm now going to have to look at the ding dangals as I have no idea which white outfit you think is ok apart from the dangles!!! x
Ahhh you mean the cream trouser suit. That's a belt dangling down and it looks beautiful with the trousers!
Have a wonderful week. x
I can't see a link for the sunglasses dear lady.....any ideas anyone please ?
I’m afraid there aren’t any links for my sunglasses as one pair is vintage and came from Byron Bay and the black and white ones are also original 50s frames passed to be from a family member. So sorry I can’t help when it comes to vintage xx
@@AlternativeAgeing Thank you for letting me know - I appreciate. Looking forward to your next video, I always find them interesting .....don't like the flouncing too much but I can always fast forward when you do that !!!!!
Actually turquoise really suits you.
Just 1ml of lip filler in the top lip should smooth out the bar code lines more.... Plus instant results! 😊
I don't like filler. But thatnk yo. x
Do you know of a comedian called Jenny Eclair? You remind me a bit of her (stylish and arty). She has a podcast called Older and Wider that you might find funny 🙂 I’m only 33 but I love it 😄
Love Jenny Eclair and listen to her podcasts constantly. And thank you for the compliment. I don’t mind being like her at all! Love her podcasts. Thank you. x
Ask your Tweak Doctor if anything works for crepey skin please 🤞
Will do, that is a great question! Thank you. x
