I added chocolate to and made a chocolate cheesecake-style dessert.
The amount of chocolate can change the finished product to your liking. Please check the recipe!
Because it is made with yogurt, you can cut costs, and although there is a hassle of draining, you don't have to worry about kneading or clumming like cream cheese, and it is completed without failure.
I think it's cute to make it flat with a square mold and look like a cheesecake bar, so please try it.
[Recipe] 1 unit of 15cm type
Yogurt 400g
Sugar 100g
1 egg
Fresh cream 200g
Thin powder 30g
Dark chocolate 120g
Biscuits 70g (7 pieces for Oreo)
1 tablespoon of milk
※Please add your preferred amount of chocolate between 100g and the same amount as drained yogurt.
If it is 100g, the cheesecake-style taste is solid, and as it becomes the same amount as yogurt, the acidity decreases and it becomes a solid chocolate cake.
1 Drain the yogurt.
Drain 400g of yogurt as thoroughly as possible to 150g or less.
2 Make a foundation while melting dark chocolate.
Crush the biscuits as finely as possible, mix the milk, put it in a mold with a cooking sheet, and spread it on the bottom of the cup.
2 Make a cake dough.
Put drained yogurt, sugar, and eggs in a new bowl and mix until smooth.
3 Sift the flour, add it, and mix.
4 Add half of the fresh cream, put the other half in a bowl of chocolate and warm it together.
5 When the chocolate melts, mix the center into a small piece and emulsify it.
When the stiny chocolate comes out of the middle, mix it to widen the range and make it into ganache.
6 Put the chocolate in the yogurt dough, mix well, and pour into the mold.
7 After lightly pumping and draining the air, bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool as it is type 8, and when it cools down, take it out and finish it with cocoa powder to your liking.
