I'm obviously late to the party since I'm just now seeing this, but I've loved Dawes for many years. There's no greater proof that Dave is a big Dawes fan than the fact that he asked them to perform a final tribute to Warren Zevon during the last week the show was on the air.
fuck on recordings the singer as wayyyyy less vibe and charm. every live video ive dug dawes like 5 times more just from the extra gravy on the vocal performance!!!!
I love that you can tell Dave and Paul are actually really into the guys. Hence they were on the show again.

Second that. And the way he's thumpin' it in this version.
Love the bass tone.
Excellent version! Love the way it was received by Dave and Paul at the end too... you can tell they actually liked it.
Great, hope they keep getting more popular
This is a fucking Kick Ass Song! Loves these guys

Just saw them at Newport! And Middle Brother. Sweet
Third that; The rhythm section on this night/performance is pumpin' like nobody's business !!
They'll be playing FloydFest in Floyd VA in July of 2012. Mark your calendars!
Can't wait to see them at The Borderline in March!
I hate today's music ... bit this is wonderful!!
he loves that shirt
Maybe the next Wilco? These guys really grow on one musically..
saw them 2nite @ pittsburgh arts fest. they did *NOT* play this song. was so disappointed :(
Drummer looks like a young Don henley.
Absolutely love Dawes, odd vocal performance though.
