    Picked up this bad boy a few weeks ago... huge boost to my RE offerings! My virtual tours have gone from so/so to awesome

      Nice! That’s awesome. Have you been using it with matterport?

      @@paulreibelphotography can you say why one for residential and another for commercial? I've been watching a lot and am leaning towards cloud pano but why do you not use it for residential? That'll be the bulk of my work.

    • @paulreibelphotography
      @paulreibelphotography Год назад +1

      @@DMDphotography If I have a lot of 360 images in a tour (ie residential virtual tour) I find Kuula to be easier to assemble the tour... ie: auto backlinks are easier to input, also the customers experience of being able to "click through" feels more natural to me. I use CloudPano on tours that has limited 360 images ( like a retail store) and find the images to be clearer, brighter. I may eventually move everything over to CP at some point, but we'll see.
      +/-'s
      CP has a better (larger) floor plan preview which I really like.
      Kuula has a better (in $$$ business version) agent branding card - which is AWESOME
      Basically, if these two platforms merged, I'd be happy :)

      including 3D tour for a listing? Is a floor plan and dollhouse included?

    would love to see a video how to edit a real estate video shot on the Insta 360 One RS using the Editing Suite please!

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  4 месяца назад

      Thanks! I now use the x3, and not so much this one anymore. I also typically just use it for tours, not shooting videos since I have my camera setup. But it would be a pretty simple process in the sense of just selecting the clips you want in the suite, exporting them out to then edit in a video editor like premiere pro for example

    Awesome video, which would you recommend "Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch" or "Insta360 x4" For Real Estate Photography & Videography?

      I just answered your other comment, but I would think the new x4 produces a better image overall !

    Thank you! Nice review. I started out last year doing RP photos only and now looking to add video and drone to my services. I'll definitely use your link to purchase. I've been subscribed to your channel for some time now. I also live in Central Texas and would love to meet up sometime.

    Hey Andrei, great reviews and info. I just bought the 360 rs. My images, after stitched in studio, export upside down. Your image above at 8:06 looks just like I expected (like my old Richo Theta V). Instead not only are they upside down but I can definitely see the selfie tripod in the image. Normally, you'd have to put it in panoramic mode to clone it out. Have you heard of anyone having weird issues like this? I've recalibrated the gyro and reset the camera to factory and reinstalled Studio. Nothing fixes the issues. Insta says to send the brand new camera in for repair. Before I do that, I thought I'd ask you your thoughts please? Thanks in advance!

      Thanks so much! Hmm, that's strange. I haven;t encountered that, so I can't really say what the issue could be. :/ Are you able to just return it and order a new one?

    Hey Andrei, great video! I've asking my RE agent friends if 360 tours are worth offering and the feedback is mostly on the high end homes. Hope to be up and running by end of summer. After watching this vid I'm all in! For the price I think I'm gonna bump up to the X3 model, thoughts?

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  Год назад +1

      Thanks so much! That’s what I’ve noticed. I’ve only don’t them for higher end properties and not lower tier ones. Especially because they want to show potentially buyers out of state. Haven’t personally used the x3 so can’t say though!

      I have the X3 & have been using with Matterport. In high light settings, it's great. In lower light settings, it's very grainy. I've played with the settings in manual mode, but still can't get clear shots in low light settings. I might upgrade to the One RS 1 Inch. Also, how is this camera for vlogging? My X3 is so out of sync it's not useable.

    Hmmm, so it's best NOT to use it for say off-road driving? (you said somewhere it was stuttering at 30fps or something 🤪) Greetings from Belgium

    Thank you for the video. For 360 tours is a great camera. Great for Timelapse and hyperlapse. Only good in exterior videos, no dynamic range for interior videos. Is sad because even do this has a 1 inch sensor and almost double the price of the X3, the X3 has hdr video. Things you can do outside is amazing

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  Год назад +1

      I’ve noticed that and was surprised there was no HDR video option. But ya, outside or well lit interiors look great and it’s such a fun camera

      Are you saying the bright pixels are unsalvageable in post? I'm not too familiar with videography. Is there a "RAW" for video?

    • @AndreiRestrepo

      Thanks! No, biggest drawback in my opinion. Has HDR photo but just regular video mode. The dynamic range in the video is okay, but HDR would have been really nice. Thanks for watching!

    Insta 360 One RS looks to be a great alternative for some photographers that offer many wide-ranging benefits from:
    Carrying light load weight that includes the bulk of camera, lens, drone, tripod, and down the list.
    Also provides easy access to mobile devices and watch previews with clients (I suppose)
    The con for me as a photographer, however, is the camera lens fish eye visual effect.
    Should the client want explanation of field of direction while using that camera listed above, instantly, I'd be in serious trouble from a sense of vertigo, and would recommend the client seek out another photographer with that camera skill who can provide that service.

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  Год назад

      It definitely is! You can actually switch the FOV to not be fish eye and be linear, like a rectilinear wide angle lens!

  • @ChoicesHabitsAttitudeLuck

    Have you tried putting it on a gimbal?

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  Год назад +1

      I have not, I’m sure that would work pretty well. Just a matter of possibly having to add a weight because it might be too light for a regular camera gimbal. However, I would expect that using this with flowstate stabilization should not need a gimbal to keep the setup small. Thanks for watching!

    Is this actually supported by matterport? Their website is saying it isn't yet. I chipped my theta z1 lens and it'll cost the price of this camera to fix lol

    One inch= 25.2 mm. The size of the lenses is not big enough to accomodate this size of detectors. The actual size of the detector is 15.9 mm. It is an improvement over the Insta 360 X3, but it is more an APC size, not one inch.

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  Год назад

      Gotcha, thanks for the explanation! The quality is still pretty nice for the size of camera. But looking forward to a higher quality version and HDR video as well. Thanks for watching!

    • @nowandrew4442
      @nowandrew4442 Год назад

      APS-C is bigger than 1-inch, genius. Maybe you're thinking of Full-Frame. No, this is not full-frame. APS-C is approx 1inch in the horizontal, making it roughly 3x the sensor area of a "typical" 1-inch sensor.
      And I don't know where you learned physics but ""15.9mm" is a length, not a size. Utterly meaningless statement. And totally nonsensical.

    • @nowandrew4442
      @nowandrew4442 Год назад

      @@AndreiRestrepo The fact that you didn't pick up on his nonsense concerns me. Are you actually a photographer of any sort? Or just a product promoter for clicks?

  • @makeev888

    Be careful when buying this camera for real estate, it is not officially supported in matterport yet, the quality of pictures inside the tour is terrible(((

      Hey! I actually just tried it out yesterday with Matterport. It actually worked out alright! I do see a difference compared to using the actual matter port camera but still very doable from what I saw. Thanks for watching!
