Few things wrong, yes they kicked him from the band but only cause he hardly showed up to tours anymore, plus, his ego started to go to his head, if you check the credits for swan songs, you'll see they actually helped write, he did make the band but so did J-Dog and Shady Jeff did as well

I think Deuce believes J3T stab him in the back and didn't give him a second chance, it's shown in deuces song "Story of a snitch" HU belives in deuce brought it on himself and they make songs about him. I don't think i've explained everything but it happened a few years ago so give a quick search on google and it should fill everything in for you. :)

So he had to use actual songs, like Airplanes (and it's obvious that the original is Airplanes), and to re-sing it (which is totally permitted in the music industry, he didn't steal anything -.-) so he kept singing. When he won the trial, he was allowed to write again, and he made the album "Nine Lives". Of course, if you listen only to what HU members say, you won't get the truth. Where can I start. When he left HU, he couldn't write his own songs, because of the previous contract with HU. So he had to use actual songs, like Airplanes (and it's obvious that the original is Airplanes), and to re-sing it (which is totally permitted in the music industry, he didn't steal anything -.-) so he kept singing.
When he won the trial, he was allowed to write again, and he made the album "Nine Lives".
Of course, if you listen only to what HU members say, you won't get the truth. I mean, it's not hard, just look it up in Wikipedia.
