  • Wintergreen in full sun look stressed. Transplanted to beside a pot (full shade). To disguise the pot surrounding. Also to "rescue" the plant from the beating sun.

Here’s another I bought because I didn’t even knew it existed till I saw yours! I have 2 like yours and this season added 3 of the variegated variety. They really are slow growing and well behaved. My solid foliage ones are showing the browning leaves too. They get a good dose of morning sun then shade all day. Do you think they need more shade? The variegated ones are potted and in same area but no browning foliage lol! Crazy huh! Thank you for sharing yours, I really love this plant!❤

I love the berries in the winter the most!
From your description, they are doing well except for some browning. Not the ideal sun exposure but if you do not mind a bit of browning, just leave them alone. There are more berries in the sun.
Mine in the shade is spreading more than the one in more sun. Not as “well behaved” 😉😉

Lol! A bit of a rascal in more shade then! Ok, good info because I don’t like the browning…I may just move them. I have lots of shade on the north. And yes! Love those big plump red berries and pretty flowers…Thank you again!
