that was for only one song. the "stillmatic" freestyle where he dissed mega and rocafella. he didn't accuse him of using rakim's flow thru his career. and i've never heard a nas song where he claims he got his style from rakim. i've never heard a pun song where he claims he got his style from grap, i've never heard a biggie song where he talks about getting his style from kane.

don't have to read books. i was listening to hip hop since the early 80s. so u can keep on reading your hip hop books and wikipedia. i lived the era you're reading about.. no need to "research it". go and listen to any of rakim's albums and tell me if his rhyme style/patterns. sounds anything like nas' early demos or ILLMATIC. you're probably gonna have to use youtube cuz it's obviously you don't own any of the albums. never said nas "stole" anythig just said he was influenced by it.

u don't believe any of that do u? so nas stole mega's style that kool g rap was doing in the 80s? i like mega too, but your claims are hilarious.

you've got to be young. nas' style is not from rakims. where are people getting this stuff from? nas, pun, chino xl, and a whole lot of rappers from queens are influenced by g rap. have u even heard any g rap albums? i like mega too but nas stole his flow? hahaha. they dont' even rap alike. but lemme get this straight, cuz he hasn't dedicated a track to g rap, he isn't influenced by him. u know what, krs dedicatd a track to nas. so krs took nas' style? hahaha. stay off the message boards
