In the Avengers comics, there is an abundance of powerful entities that rule over every aspect of the universe. And what we’ve learned over years of reading and seeing there adventures both on the page and on the big screen is that it’s hard to decide which god-like entity is the strongest. There are certainly levels for sure, but after a while it’s sometimes a little difficult to tell if the Norse beings could beat the Greek beings in a fight! They all have their unique abilities and strengths that it makes ranking a little difficult, but we’re going to try anyway!
Because don’t you want to see how someone like Thor would do against someone like Hercules? Don’t you want to see how Hela would attack Gaea? Between Odin and Bor, who is the stronger Asgardian leader? What happens when a normal human like Doctor Doom is put in a position where he could become his own deity and reshape the universe in his image? Even though he was quickly stopped, that still makes him pretty powerful right? And of course, does the One Above All sit above all these characters and reign supreme? Well that’s what we’re here today to find out!

Odin is way way way more powerful in the comics. He was easily able to defeat Thanos. Same with Loki, in the comics he is powerful enough to take on doctor strange.
Agree with this one at well. The MCU has done a lot of canonical damage for the sake of storytelling and its really problematic for comicbook readers.

Thanos is so overpowered in the movies, same goes for Ironman and Captain America. At the same time, Hulk is ridiculously underpowered, as in a fistfight, he would destroy Thanos.

Ummm...but both Hercules and especially Odin are much more powerful than Balder who is just above average for an Asgardian. Are you hiring part time because it looks like your group needs help on these lists.

Khonshu was up until not long ago up for grabs on whether he even existed and doesn’t have meny feats to put him higher
Odin is probably one of the most powerful characters. Odinforce alone is one of the top powers. Maybe not as powerful as one above all but def second or third

God Emperor Doom is arguably on par with TOAA, everyone got a boost at one point, even Thor. It’s called story writing and character development

The Beyonder is definitely a candidate for the strongest of all. His power was supposed to be infinite. When Doom managed to steal his power, he struggled the whole time, because that power was so immense. I really wish they will do "The secret wars", where the Beyonder transports all superheroes, and -villains to another planet to study them. It was also a great story, where the powers of all the superheroes were further explored.
Agree. The Beyonder was so powerful that he got BORED and turned himself into a female planet just to know what it meant to feel again. I mean c'mon... THAT is a god-level issue.

I thought doom and owen (molecule man) destroy the beyonder settlement, steal their powers, and create battle world known place for secret wars while doom becomes the god with beyonder power
Zeus is Odin's counterpart not Thor. You actually had it right earlier, comparing him to Heracles. Both were incredibly popular with everyday folks, which is exactly why we know of them today! There are tons of ancient graffiti with symbols, runes, and drawings of both gods, some on roman ruins and in the Hagia Sofia too!
Odin is 3 times powerful than zeus
Odin is god of wisdom, war, dead, magic and healing
Thor is god of thunder, sky, lightning, storms, war, strength and fertility and strongest asgardian
And zeus is god of sky, thunder, lighting, order, law and justice
Zeus has 2 brothers who are skyfathers and slightly equal powerful
But odin has power of 3 skyfathers( vele and ve's powers)

That being said, it's silly to rank the Asgardians or the Vanir against the Olympians and their Demi-gods. I don't know what you mean by "skyfathers" can you define that please?
Odin is indeed the brother of Vili and Ve, just as Zeus's(Jupiter) brothers are Poseidon(Neptune)and Hades(Pluto), but then Hera(Juno), Hesta(Vesta), Demeter(Ceres)were also his sisters. Ares(Mars), Apollo and Artemis(Diana), Athena(Minerva) and Hephaestus(Vulcan) are all children of Zeus and another "god" excepting Aphrodite. Are you referring to Ouranos (Uranus) and Kronos (Saturn)as the other "Skyfathers" which is the most accurate usage, because all three ruled the heavens and were deposed by their children. Poseidon and Hades are Zeus brothers but definitely not sky deities, the with Hades in underworld and Poseidon under the sea, Zeus was able to rule the earth and sky unchallenged.

I like the concept of this video but you can’t switch between their MCU & comic book versions. The fact you put ODIN anywhere under the top 3 on this list shows how much of an impact that has on a character’s ranking.
If you look up Odin’s comic book feats & displays of power you’ll see that he consistently proves to be by far more powerful than every other (REAL) god (little “g”) on this list, except for Thor’s most powerful version EVER, Rune King Thor.
My point is that since they’ve all been in the comic books, their comic book version should be used when ranking their power…Besides, the MCU is NOT the true source material and is known for nerfing MANY of Marvel’s true heavy hitters while over hyping others all in an effort to sell movie tickets and merch. You know it’s true!

I would say its Knull the Symbiote god... it took 4 celestials to defeat him then he created symbiote army who didnt obey their master and trap him making a planetary layer and sealed him away for good

eternals also will be considered Gods, who have their own Gods, The Ancient Celestials, who also have Gods, The Abstracts of Multiverse (Eternity, Living Tribunal, etc), that being created by their own God, One Above All... so it's basically hierarchy of Godly Beings.
and Thanos considered a mad god in TFAWS. Wanda and Strange Supreme have godly power. The Watcher and Infinity Ultron were Gods. everyone that rule their dimension considered god/demon/monster.

But in the comics, Zeus had a hard time with Thor (he did eventually win), but Odin did always make easy work of Thor. The point I want to make is that Odin is one of the strongest gods in the marvel multiverse. And we talk about Gods. TOAA isn’t a god, he is Omni.

Second most, but definitely most famous and powerful god that fights in the comics. The only thing he got right in this video is the one above all. The celestials are considered gods as they are the oldest race in the marvel universe, and all the Asgardians that he named, are NOT gods but an ancient alien race. He has some knowledge on the comics, but seems to be a movie guy imo.

It’s not his physical strength that gives him his power (although he is one of the strongest asgardians) but the ODIN FORCE. This is how he imprisoned hela, placed the magical worthiness enchantment on mjolnir beat fully powered surtur ,easily striped Thor of his power & made him mortal and could transport people across the galaxy by using his own

Enchantress should’ve been introduced even before Hela because she’s a main villain from Asgard that causes problems for Valkyrie and Thor and just about everyone in marvel comics
Ares the god of war is so powerful in the comics that when someone asks him why he the god of war did not get involved in civil war he said something like it was so small it barely a battle.

Kull should have been an honorable mention, being one of the elder gods. The dude beheaded a celestial! He created the symbiotes! The comic line did not do him proper justice. I think his turn in theaters will be epic.

Second...know your gods source if you are going to point out God Emperor Doom's power source coming from the Beyonder then you are looking at the Beyonder as a god and if that's the case you are missing beings worshipped as gods such as Surtur, Memphisto and the Living Tribunal who answers directly to the One Above All.

Elohim is a plural word and was used to refer to many spiritual beings who are not YHWH.
YHWH is called the Elohim of Elohim.
So in a way, there are 'demi' gods in Christianity and Judaism

Maybe it’s time to update this after Moon Knight has come out and Thor: Love and Thunder is right around the corner.
In an interview with the actor that plays Loki he stated that the snarl and his step back wasn't scripted. Anthony Hopkins get into his characters so much that the "feeling" behind the snarl was felt and Loki felt like a kid. Lol.
Zeus is the king of the Greek gods and lord of the sky, Thor is the god if lighting which is part of the sky, so Zeus is basically Thor’s master. The only ones that could even slightly compare to Zeus is Poseidon and Hades.
You can not compare Poseidon and Hades with Zeus. Zeus is a league above those 2. The same goes for the Asgard. Odin is the King, nobody compares to him in Asgard. In mythological context, those two are in the same league.

When Jean and the Phoenix became one, it transforms into its most powerful version the White Phoenix of the Crown and all of the heavenly entities or cosmic beings all over the multiverse bowed down(not literally) and fear the potential of Jean Grey having the Phoenix Force as one. And the Phoenix Force is considered a god and is second only to The One Above All❤

I liked the idea of Azathoth - God of dreams and reality. This god has been referenced a few times in the mcu, allbeit a lesser version of the original. But, still the idea that all of creation is just a dream is a, creative thought.

Dude, Thor vs Hercules happened in Journey into Mystery (THOR) Annual #1 (1965) and has given “The Gift” to the God of Thunder many, many times in the years since as well as being an Avenger,Defender and Guardian of the Galaxy and ‘grows’ up and succeed Zeus as King of the Olympian Gods. Give him his due

Like what it was established in the Ultimates Vol 2 #100, the new incarnation of the universe as the new Living Tribunal said, the cosmic hierarchy wasn't established yet hence why The Logos so easily destroyed the new Living Tribunal, and how Galactus managed to survived. The Logos then took into itself as the new embodiement of multiversal law. T'Challa only used the power of the Tiger God to ascend into the same plane as the astract, even specifically saying that the Tiger God was only a guide and shield. The reason why T'Challa managed to destroy the Logos is he also applied the same concept the fundamentals as what the Logos did to destroy LT - the yet to be established cosmic hierarchy. T'Challa used his status and symbolism as "King" to crush "Law" because as metaphors come - a king is always above the law.

Loki is brilliant! I agree with Thor being the baddest MCU god. His stories of Thor losing everything and then to come back to defeat who ever he is facing. The MCU has done one hell of a job with Thor.

THOR: His position in the list has changed a lot over his career. Currently (after Endgame but before Thor 4) With stormbreaker and the odin force, I'd put him tied with or just above Hela wielding the necrosword. He doesnt actually make way up high to the exalted #2 spot until Earth's distant future, as Old Man Rune King Thor, the God of Gods ... and that's waaaaaaaay beyond the current MCU timeline.

So that's Grim & Death Reaper, Vampires and Zombies and Death for The Black Panther to beat Death take out all timeline options first if not may be very bad- this leaves the controlled timeline and the negative-zone. After you know where to put Death_ in the negative-zone. That's Analysis war and whatever left let them do away with the negative-zone;
I hope we see Dr.Doom as the Main Antagonist of Marvel Cinematic Universe after Kang the Conqueror starring Cillian Murphy as Dr.Doom
When the one above all next creates or resets a Universe he schould do this without any supernatural powers inside this spacetime.

you clearly see favoritism with Thor since he gets buffed pretty often, he was already a beast prior to the Gaea "mother" arc, then you buff him up further with the PF mother backstory
