I noticed your 9r makes the same “buzzing” noise that mine makes as well between 3800-4100rpms. Initially thought something was loose or broken but after I scoured the machine for loose stuff and took it to the dealer apparently it’s a normal thing with the 9r engine. Do you notice the noise I’m describing?
Well just bought the cooker for the new 9r fired it up in the garage and man these cookers rumble pretty loud. I see your now running a quite titanium can with cooker, is it worth the trade up for the quite can over the cooker ?
On the snow the Sled Shed sounds quieter. Really aggressive sound at WOT. Test it out and see what you think 👍 It’s not as loud as a mountain can or race can. I think the RPM titanium can I have is great for the weight savings and it’s very quiet. If you’re looking to save some money, I’d go MBRP trail can with the muff pot mounted to the side or the inlet pipe. I prefer the sound of the MBRP
yeah I guess it is a trade off for a cooked crispy lunch over a warm heated one. I had this cooker on my boost and I can vouch they are not nearly as loud on the boost.@@JasonCaville
So it seemed there was groomed trail and trail sleds in that area? Seems like an all around nice zone
Yep there’s riding for trail sleds and mountain sleds. Great place to check out

Yes. I think it's one of the hood vents rubbing on the pipe. I noticed some small wear marks on the pipe

Headed there late feb for my first time in the mountains so stoked to see the areas in your vid.
Hopefully you get some fresh snow!
Too bad it was so overcast
Blue sky would have been nice for sure
I wanted to go to this event . Found out about it after it was over.
And is that your old 800 that your friend Dave is riding
@@mudman6227 I had the exact same 800 but wrecked it and parted out, sadly. Haha his name is Doug. I was calling him Dale and Daryl all day.
@JasonCaville oh haha I thought I recognized it. Is this an annual event ? Where do you find rides similar? I'm on the let's ride bc website
