Really cool the way that you uses angles to create stylish shapes, much better looking than my right angles every where. I will have to give it a go and see what I end up with.
@@brandons42472 This is such an elegant design. As he said in the video, it was a Boo Boo. Boo Boo's happen, but it would be nice if he could make it function the way he envisioned it. At this point it's an easy fix. It's only a mistake if you don't fix it. This is not a dig on him, it happens to all of us.
Your channel has finally blown up! So well deserved congratulations and im so jealous of the light in your new workshop. Ive always hated filming in my old dark workshop. Im here to learn about suspensions :) edit… holy crap your suspension looks INCREDIBLE!
Hey thanks man! Great to speak to u again. I learned from the last workshop that skylights are the way man! Hopefully il have this this running in a couple of days it's been over a year since I started this build and it's rusting faster than I'm building it! Doh! But such is life...
Man, this build is absolutely awesome. It’s so hard to be patient, watching all this engineering happen is wonderful. Excellent content my friend. Please keep it up!
I’m waiting for the 4th part of the build since I’ve watched from start to part 3. Please upload part 4. I’m from South Africa🇿🇦 and I’m really hooked to this awesome build
I’m still marvelling at the engineering in this. Dude has built a car with equivalent engineering to most branded products on the market. Why would anyone buy an import when u can buy locally & customised.
Very happy to see this build back on air! A lot of progress in this episode. What I like is the simple tools you use that make us think, it's easy I can make too! Or not 😁! Thanks for video!
Was wondering when we would get an update and WOW!!!!! What an update. Your skills are absolutely second to none 👍 Beautiful work bro, look forward to the progress 😎🤘🇺🇸
This thing is gonna be a ripper! You do such great work. So detailed. You remind me of the channel rather be welding. You never buy anything you make it from scratch. Now that's a craft. I wish I had the mindset and skill level to do what you do. When my son gets a little older and I can get some free time in the shop I will for sure build a power wheels. It's just what I need!! Thanks again for sharing you talents with the world!
Hey thanks man I appreciate that! Power wheels are a great little project to get into. It's fun trying to squeeze a whole car into into a tiny space using strange parts! I wish u all the best mate!
Noice shed! Admit I was impressed at first with what you were accomplishing with your indoor/outdoor rustic smithy. Can’t wait to see what you can do with this.
Now Thats What I Call An Extention 2021 👍🏻. Would have cost half as much a couple of years ago! I had scrapped my renovation plans a while back, due to "Things" that have been manufactured elsewhere! Thanks for the entertainment/work 🍻
Thanks mate! Yeah I couldn't have picked a worse time to build a timber workshop but such is life.. I'm just so happy to have a concrete floor and a big door! Hope your well mate!
Love your video, can't wait to build my own some day, I'm sure you're video will help me figure out the hubs and some other ods and ends. I especially like how your videos are from more of the fabrication side of things, Raw metal turned into a useful part
You have for sure the best ratio between the parts you make (amazing) and the tools you use (cardboard, drill, angle grinder) The result is impressive. Congrats !!
Stumbeled across this and mow subbed and waiting for the next episode. Good to see all the metal working skills being used. So much these days is buy and bolt on. Makes a change to see it actually concept-ed and made.
Just stumbled across your channel yesterday and I've already watched 5 or 6 videos. What you've accomplished without fancy, expensive tools is amazing. Great job brother!
I have to say, there’s a part of me that is going ARGGG YOU CANT DO IT LIKE THAT, YOU NEED A FRAME JIG AND A MICROMETER, bleh bleh bleh. But I’m super impressed at your ability to come up with innovative solutions and just get on and build certain parts without a lot of complex CAD models or diagrams or whatnot. Keep up the good work!
I am amazed at your capacity to design it as you go. I would have spent months trying to design everything on CAD before cutting anything... And probably getting it wrong anyway. Kudos sir, I'm very impressed.
I love this you are a hell of a fabricator! I noticed one problem your having with the rear suspension the shocks are mounted upside down and oil can’t reach the dampener they will work if you flip them over. Thank you for posting this video I really enjoy watching this build.
Great job, and the back is nearly as cool as the front. I think I would change the connections on the lower A arms. You'll be glad if you need to adjust it. What a great project.
Hey thanks man! I think I have a cunning plan! If I lengthen one link and shorten the other I should be able to adjust the toe in/out while still having camber adjustment on the upper link... or at least that my plan!?! 😅👍
@@councilhousecreations8035 I just made the same exact statement to another commenter. As long as both are not being adjusted at the same time I don't see an issue
13:09 don't worry, Vasily and ratherBwelding get this wrong on every single build, 6 times a year. Ideally you just put a pivot on the tube right at the hub/ball joint end. For front upper control arms you have to if you plan on adjusting caster
I must be missing something? I'm not debating your statement I'm just simply asking to find out where I'm getting it wrong. That being said if you adjusted one out while the other one is not or vice versa it should still work correct? I could see if you were adjusting both at the same time where you could run into a problem but the one that is not being adjusted is still a pivot allowing for that movement correct? I hope that made sense
Like the build. Your going to want to add another arm to the upper rear. Make it an A-arm. That single link is going to put all the torsional stress on the lower bushing of the knuckle.
This thing is going to be a masterpiece 👌 love the look of the rear end. Almost sad that it's going to be hidden under the body. You should make a second one just as a naked frame with some ratrod style details 😍
I believe that, you will be shortly, a new manufacturer/producing of this type of mini cars. I would like to have one. You are and amazing mechanical engineer. Fantastic work. Can't wait to see this car running.
The parts look so professional like it was made at a factory, you have so much skills man it looks like a piece of art. I'd help you paint it if you were close to Boardman
So impressed with the way you build stuff. Minimal with gear but deliver exceptional products. Those hubs are a work of art.
Also nice she's extension
IM DRIVING HOME SO FAST SO I CAN WATCH THIS WHILE WEARING MY WELDING HOOD!!!!!
😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍
Definitely the engineer. Mechanical yet organic and with the music the whole thing was quite serene. Brilliant👍🏼
Really cool the way that you uses angles to create stylish shapes, much better looking than my right angles every where. I will have to give it a go and see what I end up with.
Hey thanks man! It takes a bit of time but I think it's worth it! Just can't bring myself to buy a tube bender 😅🤣
Been waiting, but you you can't rush perfection
Hey thanks man!
Loving this build series and so happy to see the final product, keep up the amazing work
Hey thanks man!
great to see you back in the shed... and oh what a shed
Hey thanks man it's good to be dry! 🤣
Absolutely ludicrous the parts you can fabricate with a grinder, a drill, a vise, and a hammer. So incredibly impressed.
You and Grind Hard Plumbing Company are true masters at the Power Wheels builds! Great job mate! I can't wait to see it ripping.
This resonates more than the channels with all the fancy cutters and benders cuz most don't have those. Digged it.
Your frugal use of steel is very refreshing to see. Too many RUclips videos show inefficient material use!
I love where this build is going. Not to late to fix those lower a-arms.
Hey thanks man! I think I have a cunning plan!
What’s wrong with the lowers being fixed if the uppers are adjustable? Assuming toe is all good.

pure automotive engineering ASMR. those hubs are a thing of beauty, lovely work.
Oooo my grave yard shift just got so much better
Looking good can't wait to get mine built waiting on parts
Love to see the new shop! This build is a lot of fun too. Loving the design of it all.
