Salam, I had watched this video on TV but I am specifically here to put my comment on this video. This particular video has made me so much emotional and it has gone so deep down to my heart. Noman Ali Khan is a great help from Allah.His articulation is one of the miracle of Allah JazakAllah for your hard work that you do staying up at nights to help us internalise and get close to Allah and give up our prides and not be like Satan and remain obedient to Allah.
If your ever listening to a speaker on RUclips and finding it hard to concentrate because of distractions in the video- dont watch the video; listen to it. Its his words that are important, not the video. Let it play and turn your device over, turn the screen away, turn the monitor around, or close your eyes if necessary. But what you shouldn't do is make a request to the party, who is already giving you charity by lecturing, to tailor his alloted time to cater to your lack of self-discipline. May Allah swt strengthen us all in self-discipline. Myself included.
I always have respect for brother nouman ali khan for his eloquence in delivering what he learnt from the Quran. Allah has blessed him with that - and for us, always remember that all these feeling of enlightenment comes from Allah and not from a person, no matter how at awed we are with them. Let us pray for him and the ummah as a whole - May Allah guide us and grant us strength to act upon what we believe. Prayers from Malaysia. Stay safe.

ALHAMDULILLAH, this khutbah was extremely beneficial for me...it opened my heart and my eyes, brother Khan is a great speaker. ..may Allah increase him in imaan and ilm and bestow his mercy upon him and lift him in rank and grant him paradise!
I wish there was Arabic subtitles for Mr. Nouman's videos khotbas and lessons... some of us do not know English that well and his lessons are not to be found with this simplicity and clarity with Arab scholars... He speaks so well to young hearts and minds mashallah. Coming from a non Arab scholar these lessons and reminders will pinch young Arabs' hearts to what they have been missing and to what Allah made it so easy for them to understand and read yet did not make full use of it, it will hit them harder.
Awesome Khutbah. I listened to it right after my Fajr salah. I was thinking about doing breakfast right after this khutbah. Change of plan here ...... now isA I first plan to recite few verses of Quran, read its translation and then do breakfast.
Br. Nauman's talk (khutbahs, lectures etc) are little doses / injections to me. Just like a diabetic person needs insulin injections, his talks are injections that serve as a reminder and inspire me to do better.
We always say time flies so fast, on internet, in conversation, in class, in group but actually Allah have said in Holy Quran about this feeling.. Wonderful

Summary: • Life goals are worthless if they're not helping you to get close to Allah (swt) and to enter Jannah. • Your life and time will fly! Our lives will end. Life is very short and nothing lasts forever. • Jannah is with Allah (swt), which suggests closeness. Everything we do / own / experience in this life will be far better in Jannah. If you remember this, worldy possessions / gain / loss will be easy to deal with. Therefore, think about the Akhira all the time, let it be a part of your daily life. • Your pride will disappear in front of Allah (swt) in the Day of Judgement. • Make a daily plan for Jannah, not a long-term one. Don't waste time, as there is no such thing as free time. Time is not free; you will pay for it and it will come at a huge cost in the Akhira. • Break bad habits and replace them by creating new good ones. Set yourself high standards. You are your worst critic, therefore constantly improve yourself.
