I'd love it if there was a mod where you can fight both Placidusax and Bayle in their prime, giving them both back their lost extremities. Maybe have a fight like the smough and ornstein fight where you're fighting them both, and whoever gets killed first gives their abilities to the other? It'd probably be the hardest dragon fight in souls history, but man would it still be cool!
Unfortunately people can't make animations from 0 and add them to the game, only take animations and models from other souls games and add them, so the most you could do to restore bayle would make the model and then use something like Midir model to simulate a healthy Dragon

If two heads alone resembled the communion position of the Two Fingers, then Placidusax's original communion position would be a full hand raise with all his heads looking up.

He was just the a part of the era eons before Marika rose to power. It's unclear if she was even a part of the reason why the era of the ancient dragons ended.
The Greater Will has always been here from the beginning of the ER Universe, but I don't think it's the only God that rules over the Land Between. I believe the God before is the Dragon God, and he was chased away by The Greater Will. The chosen one may not be called "Elden Lord", but "Dragon Lord", a similar role with a different title.

It's interesting that with the spell and Bayle, there are 3 total heads. Could the spell be the 5th head? No where in the game do you run up and find it from what I remember. And the spell only summons one head and not more.
There are some theories that Igon is a human re-incarnation of Placi's lost fifth head. It doesn't make much sense lore-wise but makes Igon and his hatred for Bayle even cooler .

Correction to the opening narration, the Greater Will is not an outer god. It is the overriding will of the former One Great before its splitting and creation of the universe and is its intent and desire to bring Order to the chaotic universe. That is why it has the power to drive out the other outer gods and create and grant the elden ring to its vassal gods like Marika. The outer gods are lesser gods outside of the greater wills plans for Order formed during the creation of the universe, hence the term "outer".
FromSoft should make a dlc to where you can go back in time and fight the bosses in their prime as a challange run of sorts, Imagine fighting Placidusax or even Radahn and Malenia...

Seeing Placidusax with 5 heads and 6 wings makes me wonder how Bayle ever got out of that fight alive. Or I suppose the fact he did makes him all the more impressive. While unlikely in a dlc or Elden ring 2 I would love to see Placidusax in his prime with all 5 heads, six wings and no injuries and have us be able to fight him as like a final boss with more attacks and a 5 head laser beam move. Tho this is unlikely and wouldn't really make sense.
They should have made it so you have to cut his other 2 heads off with a slash type attack. Or just make it easier to take a head off with slash type dmg even

You know after hearing that 2 of his heads were on Bayle really made me wonder what happened to his third missing head, were we able to cut off one of his heads originally and they cut it from the game, huh weird

I expect a "time" thing like they did in dark souls 1 where you go back and face Manus and do it with the Dragon Lord Placidusax and we face him in his prime.
U should also know that of the 2 remaining heads, 1 was male & the other female. When he had all 5 heads, 3 were female (I think) and 2 male). This is according to what Zullie the Witch found in the files.
Prime Placi would ideally use an entirely new model. The example in this video just crudely copied additional heads onto the neck stumps, and in some cases they weren't quite aligned correctly. There's also the significant battle damage Placi is already sporting, and I'd expect a Prime Placi to not have those injuries. Also, forget fighting him, I want to _play_ as Prime Placidusax. In general, I think quite a few bosses would be fun to play as.

It was sufficient for what the video wanted to demonstrate, but for a mod or DLC that adds a Prime Placidusax fight it really would need to be an entirely new model. And that would be more effort than is reasonable to ask for just a video. To reiterate, what was in the video was fine for what it was. It's the best we could have expected under normal circumstances. If that's what I was presented with for a Prime Placidusax fight, though, I would be disappointed.
You're right. To properly fight him as a boss, you basically need an entire remake. Not just a base model, but also new textures (since he's lost most of his skin) and entirely new animations (the 5 heads would require a more complex animation setup).

The hardest part was getting the heads back.
U should also know that of the 2 remaining heads, 1 was male & the other female. When he had all 5 heads, 3 were female (I think) and 2 male). This is according to what Zullie the Witch found in the files.

Prime Placi would ideally use an entirely new model. The example in this video just crudely copied additional heads onto the neck stumps, and in some cases they weren't quite aligned correctly. There's also the significant battle damage Placi is already sporting, and I'd expect a Prime Placi to not have those injuries.
Also, forget fighting him, I want to _play_ as Prime Placidusax. In general, I think quite a few bosses would be fun to play as.

@@latawieclatajacy9053 Nothing I said was incorrect. It was sufficient for what the video wanted to demonstrate, but for a mod or DLC that adds a Prime Placidusax fight it really would need to be an entirely new model. And that would be more effort than is reasonable to ask for just a video.
To reiterate, what was in the video was fine for what it was. It's the best we could have expected under normal circumstances. If that's what I was presented with for a Prime Placidusax fight, though, I would be disappointed.
You're right. To properly fight him as a boss, you basically need an entire remake. Not just a base model, but also new textures (since he's lost most of his skin) and entirely new animations (the 5 heads would require a more complex animation setup).

But I'm afraid that maybe you are telling the wrong story. Placidusax in game is called an old Elden Lord. This is in total opposition of your story.
