Crockpot Salsa Verde Pork Tacos!!
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork tenderloin
16 oz jar salsa verde
1 small yellow onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbl cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot cook on low for 6-8 hours
Remove and shred pork
Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings
Enjoy!

Is pork tenderloin the same as pork loin?
At our stores the tenderloin is skinny and the pork loin is longer and thicker.
