Totally agree, not the usual quality at all, they feel and looks like chinese ones. A trully shame, because Ifam made nice padlocks over the years.

It’s very hard to say. A cutaway lock where you can see the pins might help you see what you are doing as you pick and what different pin states feel like in turn

Ye budget made in China lock. Yale been at it too lately. Is IFAM owned by ASSA abloy?. If so then that us why Yale and other brands cutting back during these times.
