I rather have Annie. She ready to start a family or being simple so no one need to work hard on meals for each day. Doing over the top meals every day from a person like me who a chef. It really hard in relationship, cuz once a person who do a bad meal you would dislike them more. Lower on expectation on a meal mean when it does come a special event or meal. You know it took more time on it.
She seemed like the coolest to me.

Annie's got a really sweet personality. I feel they felt her cooking was bland mainly because she used lao gan ma. While I love lao gan ma's range of sauces, they do lack the real kick of true mapo tofu. There's a zing that's lacking if all you use is the spice paste without adding other flavours. Especially that final sprinkle of Szechuan peppercorn.

Late to this post. All of these girls are attractive so Nick couldn't go wrong with any of them. I am biased for Lily's appearance but Annie looks to have a kind and considerate personality. Kali looks like fun, and insofar as for dating alone she would likely be picked first.

I'm definitely not an expert, but I think a good mapo tofu needs to be a nice bright red, which you can get by frying the chili bean paste properly.
Yup. Frying the chilli bean paste also results in a layer of bright red oil on top, which is essential to mapo tofu.
