i hear people say that you should only do half the amount of cardio you do as lifting a day, so if you lift for an hour, do 30 minutes of cardio! but do whatever works best for you or what you love to do!😁💕 sometimes i do more, sometimes less!

I think the best way to determine maintenance calories is through trial and error, because sometimes those calculators can be way off. Try some different things and see what makes you feel best!!💕
