Rise of Cheese making Art in Pakistan under the Capacity Building Project

Cheese making is a centuries-old process that has developed from an art into a science, as the demand for the product and the scale of production have increased.
Under the Capacity Building Project lead by Dr Muhammad Junaid, the Department of Dairy Technology UVAS collaborated with Farmers Cheese Making Company to record a documentary about the rising art of cheese making using the Company's plant facility.
