nice. kindly continue to make more videos or do consider a full tutorial lecture series on basic to advanced levels of Libre. very few resources are available on updating/tracking progress (schedule, cost), risk management, etc in Libre. Thanks.

Good tutorial but the background music is too loud, and that takes away the shine of the presentation.

Good noticing. Ill see if I can publish the same video and reduce the music. Appreciate your comments ;)

Hi, nice video! I've a question for you: is on ProjectLibre a way to modify the Actual costs of an activity? Basing on what you said for sure is possible to "strech" a task, increasing the costs of the activity due to an increased number of working hours. What if I've no working hours but just "fixed price for an activity"? Is there a way to say, during a control, that the activity costs in varied respect to the baseline?
    Thanks :)

Hi Tommaso, I apologize for the late reply as I was out on travel. Thank you for your question. One of the suggestions I can see is although the costs are fixed, you can play around with the duration and availability of your task completions. In my case I would tend to estimate a 95% completion probability time so that I can still be flexible if there are slippages or some minor requests you wish to accommodate. I hope this helps. Good luck!
