This tune is what made me decide at 43, to learn guitar. I bought my first guitar this week, it’s only a Chinese Tele style copy, but one day I’ll build myself a lovely Tele and play this tune.
@@ryantobin9299 not too much, I only had one lesson because I started a new job and literally did not have time, but I still practice chords every now and then. I have a few more guitars though, I bought a black Fender Tele that I put ESP active pickups into, plus a few I built myself.
I love the fact that he is so versatile. As is the tele. Beautiful song and great to see a big artist taking the time to simply enjoy the guitar. I’ve always been a gibson guy I have a bunch of them and none of them can do that....I’ll be picking up a tele. My V got the closest but need the range up there to bend up like that
It’s funny that when you think of the Telecaster in modern times, you think of a metal/hard rock guitarist, John 5. In the past it was more like Waylon or Springsteen....Just speaks to to how versatile the guitar is
Like like he's using a tiny fender mustang ! I like mine, it's 150 watt stereo n head unit mustang V2 and it's great, especially with my Headrush pedal board as the brain and the stereo power section doing all the heavy lifting !

How is it going?

Behind the nut love. I was expecting a video of John's wife.
Watch his head. He's playing rubato but nodding the beating He's internalized.
One of my favorites,,,,
Fly man

You take the guitar to new places...thanks for the ride.
