So you got suspended from work for not taking your certifications and now you’re upset because you have to pay a deductible which everyone pays in accidents unless it’s someone else’s fault. You should set a reminder or keep track of your classes. It’s not your employers responsibility to remind you of your trainings. I have to have a certain amount of CE credits for the certifications I hold. I set reminders because I don’t want to end up losing my license or job. It’s not hard. Take accountability for being an adult lady. 😅
Ima always take accountability for my actions. Yes they do send me emails when my certificates are about to expire. But they do not announce the dates when they’re going to be having the classes. The people who host the classes are actual workers in the office. These classes are available by appointment as such. so pretty much everybody is working around their schedule. The point that I am making is that if my supervisor is not available which he wasn’t, his boss should be informing us when those classes will be I have seen that person at my house for the last two weeks and they have said nothing to me. So I felt like they purposely waited until it expired to tell me about the class so that way I would be off the schedule. They have done this to other people before. And if I could have taken that class earlier, and if I was on the schedule, then I could have made arrangements with my coworkers in order for me to take that class. First instinct is to hit the break but I think if I did I would've flipped over. I grazed a tree, pole and hit a Grape vine. I didn't have a seat belt on and only thing I got was a little bruise on my arm. Car looked like it was put in a crusher🤦🏾♀️🙄
Im a claims adjuster and most loaners will make you have certain deductibles in order for the contract to stay current. People be having high deductibles bc they want a lower bill but then something happens and they cant pay that deductible and get mad when its owed. Please be advised, no matter if you are at fault or not, if you are using your own policy that deductible will be owed regardless. Do an amount you know will not take long to pay if you do get in an accident and always have full coverage and gap insurance.

When you finance at the dealership they will even raise the percentage rate a few points difference. I follow this guy on RUclips to show you how to get the best deals and ask the right questions when buying a car
Honestly, your boss should be scheduling you in those classes. Like wtf, they dropped the ball. They dont know what they're doing It shouldn't be that difficult for you the employee....thats their job to get the information to you and get you in the class. Its your job to show up....not to do the back end work They should be scheduling you in that class n communicating it with you along the way....schedule someone else in your place to cover your regular shift. Thats how it goes

CPR is every 2 years. It’s a class online and then we do a physical class doing the different techniques with the dummy’s and the people in our class. So even if I took the cpr class online I would still have to go to the in person class to complete it

Yup expired tags is the main reason but some ppl take it too far im still seeing 2021 now u done prolly got 3 tax returns by now…and these police ain’t playing…In Illinois sales tax are included with the car so it’s easy over there we are stuck paying all this money mine will get paid when I have the money plain and simple
@@kharismaticchick3814 I’ll def. It will get paid. It was alot with everything hitting me all at once and I kept paying my California registration so I could keep my tags. I guess I should really do my research before moving to a different state but it’s all in the past. I am moving forward.
