    Does anyone else feel when you do the inner work, you can sense when people don’t like you even when you have done absolutely nothing to them?

      You show them a mirror of the work which they are not doing. So people react to you as a trigger. They see their own short comings.

    Yes I’m an empath and had a massive stroke at 39. Now I’m cured. I’ll never put anyone but God ahead of myself.

      God is many different things to people, depends on the person. El Cerebro I encourage you to explore different ways of practicing spirituality, it seems you have good reason to reject the one that was forced on you :)

    YES!!
    I was in a continual loop of 1/2 for 50+ years. This resulted in a total system failure. Bed ridden for almost a year. Had 3 Autoimmune diseases, on a cocktail of eleven Meds... wheelchair...
    People, I beg you, listen to this angel!! He’s soooo right.
    I’m grateful for my reset...I found meditation. Limited my diet due to lack of energy and detoxed without realizing it. I did a LOT of inner work... not much else to do. Im now eating sparingly, adding fruits and veggies, lots of water. Guess what?! NO more inflammation! Zero Meds. No more wheelchair. I’m building my strength & endurance. This feels like a slow mo NDE. My new life is amazing.
    (AND, key...> I went no contact w the Abusive Narcissist. I nearly DIED because I was taught I had no needs, no self, didn’t deserve love. False)

      Just discovered this, I have fibromyalgia, thyrodititis , IBS ect. I have changed my diet totally but financial and family problems are persistent and I am at total burn out level and at a point of wanting to give up. Dealing with a very bad flare currently find it difficult to know which way to go anymore.

      Suggest focussing on State of mind, Specific food and Subject experts.
      #1 State of mind
      Shanti i.e. Peace
      How:
      i) Music (soft soothing instrumental music... search on youtube) 10 to 30 mins 1 to 3 times a day
      ii) Visuals (green forest, sunny pristine beaches, sunrise, sunset videos... on youtube) 10 to 30 mins 1 to 3 times a day
      iii) People (Find peace loving (peacefully living) community (compassionate people)... shift for 10 days to 10 months and more)
      a) Best immediate option for compassionate community: 100% Free 10 day Vipassana meditation stay (food and stay is free for 10 days. Spend the full day in peace.)
      Seek further options from people at the vipassana center post 10 days.
      For long term stay, search for following...
      b) Search for Buddhist Centres nearby (highly caring and compassionate community on earth!)
      c) Search for 'peaceful yoga ashrams in US, India, '... are sustained on charity / donations from affluent / free for those suffering / in recovery)
      Following yoga will also make your mind & body free from stress and diseases
      d) Search for a Church online: Stay with nuns (free)
      e) Move to warm weather country side and pick up gardening there (best thing for fastest recovery from burn out & become lively)
      Food #2
      i) Search for anti-inflammatory food (See Fruits and veggies that the body tolerates. Also search for organic coconut oil and organic grass fed ghee.)
      Take room temperature water rarely and Hot water frequently.
      Filtered hot water.
      ii) Search for microbiome, probiotics and prebiotics for IBS, online
      iii) Learn about 'healing ayurvedic spices' and 'healing ayurvedic food.'

      More on Food / IBS issues... (for one suffering from intestinal discomfort)
      If milk is a problem... remove milk and milk products from food plate for a short time
      If fiber is a problem... remove fiber (fruits and veggies) from the food plate for a short time
      If grains are a problem... remove wheat and wheat products (along with other grains) from food plate
      If beans are a problem... remove beans from the food plate (soak and blanch before having)
      If nuts are a problem... remove nuts and nut containing products from food plate for a short time (soak and blanch before having)
      If non-plant based foods (eggs, etc.) are a problem... remove eggs, etc. from food plate
      If chemicals are a problem... have 100 % certified organic food (or remove chemicals on skin to start with) and begin growing your own organic food
      If fungal growth is a problem... remove sugar and sugar products (and white flours, room temperature foods) from food plate
      take certified organic anti-fungal herbs
      If bacterial growth is a problem... remove stale food (left overs) and room temperature foods from the food plate
      take certified organic anti-bacterial herbs

    I notice that when I'm upset due to heartache/stress my stomach hurts so bad it's damn near debilitating! I was in an abusive narcissistic relationship that became so bad, my stomach pain would tell me b4 hand that he was getting ready to argue with me over something petty. The stress of it all got so bad that I ended up being diagnosed with diverticulitis and thus has to have 2 feet of my large intenstine removed. This is all too real folks...when you feel mentally abused, it effects you physically as well. I now listen to my body when I encounter a toxic individuals.😢💔

    Narcs will push you to the point of exhaustion, then turn around and berate you for "letting yourself go". If someone is creating confusion or unrest in your life--please get away from them! Don't continue dating them, don't marry them, and please, for God sake, don't have kids with them!

      Psychic Intuitive Guidance by Alexa Moonfall It's amazing. No medical professionals ever acknowledge empathy. At least in my experience. They usually just diagnose a non-existent "chemical imbalance" or "mood disorder" and prescribe harmful rx medications.(that do not work and never will) I gave up on the "industry" for that reason. How can a doctor or psychologist treat you for a physical disease they cannot prove with medical testing? No thank you. It is so wonderful to have found this man who understands!!!

    I followed this video after a series of covert NPD and now I’m in tears. I have a fibromyalgia, I’m exhausted and I am highly sensitive and also am an empath. This is all making sense. I can’t seem to get away from narcissists, they follow me like white on rice. They’re all around me, family, friend, co-worker all in 1 person and I live with them. I know I attracted them, I just now how to learn how to set boundaries and be assertive.

      I am HSP and after 22 years I realise i am with a covert narcissist at level 1 maybe going to level 2 and have had fibromyalgia twice in the last 5 years. Both times extreme pain couldn't use arms and recovered through exercise and second time through self healing meditation tapes so calmed nervous system. I did all the giving and he did all the taking. Didn't know anything about boundaries. Trying to leave and will when house sells. Please Spirit send buyer!

    I started life as an extrovert. Now 56 years later, and after several horrific relationships with narcissists, I too isolate. I find it difficult to interact with even non-narcissists including my own grown children. But good to see I'm not alone here. Thanks fam!

    Wow! That's exactly what happened to me these past 3 years. Till I figured it out that I was married to a very abusive Narcissist man. I prayed and meditated so hard. And one day I woke up and got the heck outta there. I'm on my own now. Feeling positive. Sleeping so much better and the inflammation is subsiding. I am so grateful to have found these RUclips videos and use them for research, healing and recap of all that I've endured. I'm now so empowered! Thank you❤

    Oh bless you for this info and advice. As a 68 yr old only now am I able to understand my troubled life as an empath. I've learned that soothing music is super helpful for me. Years ago, stuck in alarm mode, listening to Enya saved my life. Literally.

      Mantra's, & a Tibetan singing bowl, help you circular breath... & the stop the ripple that most empaths feel, inside house's. The energey of the past gets stuck in the corners of the ceilings. So we can be home alone and still have reaccuring emotional build up and have no clue where the source is coming from. The resonation is so healing and relaxing.

      Same here, I have had chronic hives since I was 17years old. And it's because my body temperature rises, so heat,stress can cause my immune system to attack itself. Like my body is in fight mode all of the time.

      this guy is a quack, a liar and a heartless manipulator. he's earning money by taking advantage of your empathy. if you want to cure yourself look no further than Aajonus Vonderplanitz (weird name I know) and the GAPS diet. I can guarantee you the guy in this video eats plenty of meat!

    My grannies used to call me, as a child, "high strung", "nervy", "different" even way back then, and I would sleepwalk, when nobody could understand me since I just didn't fit into my very abusive family system.. They said I was doing this deliberately to be obnoxious but the truth of the matter was that I really just didn't understand or couldn't understand how to fit in, feeling their disappointment & anger I used to wonder what was wrong with me. It was when I left home as a teenager to live with my grandparents that I began to bloom & blossom into my own person with my own value system. So glad you are doing this on-line work.

      My grandparents called me very soft, sensitive, and different (they meant in a good way). I'm forever thankful that they positively acknowledged these traits because everyone else in my family either bullied, abused, or took advantage of me. My grandparents left me that little seed of self-acceptance that probably saved my life

    He's 100% right about everything here. I don't know what I would have done without my Epsom salt and essential oil bath and candles during that time. It's like you're sitting still but inside your body is just vibrating like crazy. These help a lot

      @Wade Haden Take a loofah into the bath with you and exfoliate, that will remove the outer layer of dead skin cells and increase your absorption. You also have to use enough salts (I use 1kg per bath), and you need to soak for long enough, I spend at least 2 hours in the bath. I also make a simple paste from the salts, that will exfoliate your skin and get you a good dose of magnesium without even needing a bath.

    My mum is an empath. I never understood how she could be so patient, kind and supportive. Even after I’d behave like a brat.. I assumed she just had very low self esteem. I’m glad she got away from my narcissistic dad

    I can't believe my whole life I have gone without knowing why my life is so chaotic. Recently I realized after your videos, my Mother is a narcissistic Mom, I am am only child daughter, my Dad passed in 08. I always knew I was an empath but I couldn't figure out why my anxiety is so bad, horrible bad. My husband thinks I could shut it off. It's through my whole body, my ribs are out of place now because my muscle tension. I need to find out how to tell my doctor about this and how to help me with this. Thank you soooo much. I am in shock I just found the key to all my issues. 💖

    I started to take the Ashwagandha herb a few months ago and wow did this improve my mode of being relaxed. This is some kind of miracle herb. I can highly recommend it, it is not a stimulant, so it will not make you addicted. I only take it when I work, during my days off, when I have enough solitude it is not needed. Not sure if you familiar with it. But it really helps - great for empaths. Absolutely great.

      Yes GABA. And 5-htp. But Ashwaghanda is an adaptagen that help cortisol levels. There are other adaptagens that help if you look it up.

      There's the Indian Neurologist author says combine ashwaganda with bacopa monieri (brahmi) from ayurvedic tradition. The combo said to detox the brain and even help addiction recovery. Other adaptogens: rhodiola, ginseng, cordyceps mushroom. I have found 5 HTP just incredible for depression and anxiety from chronic physical pain. Way more effective and no side effects compared to ssris.

    Was married to a huge man for 12 years who was physically abusive. Now married to a covert narcissist for 18 years. I have had Fibromyalgia for 15 years. Watching this as I feel I cannot continue living this life and need to get out of my marriage. Need advice. What I have found has really been eye opening. If only, we knew what to look out for in our teens. I am 49 years old. Thank you for uploading theses videos, they are invaluable. I need to listen to them over and over before I make my move.

    As an empath, I'm so glad to have found this video. I'm in recovery after having spent 14 years married to Satan, a narcissist. On the flip side, I'm absorbing and reading others. I get really anxious and I feel like being alone. There's pluses and minuses to being an empath. Understanding and surrounding myself with like minded people is the best remedy. Sadly, this world is over populated with zombies.

    This is interesting because my experience has been somewhat opposite to what you mention around 2:30 - 3:00. Spiritual intervention directly dealt with my nervous system. I had to read the scriptures aloud and my mind and body would instantly respond to these truths.

      I think you hit the “Divine Bullseye”, if you will, with your statement. You specifically mentioned SCRIPTURE. There are all sorts of “spiritual practices” including Christian ones, but you received the Living Word of God in your inner being and your body aligned with it. That’s the truth for our spirit, mind and body. At one point, for me, hearing Bible verses was the only thing keeping me alive. All the other spirituality, psychology and medicine were simply support or altogether hogwash. That’s my testimony. God bless you all ✝️💟

      Some think it is a character trait. But if it damages your life it should be looked at. Together with therapists, friends, pastors, whoever can help you change the perspective and maybe calm down, realize how you can react differently without betraying your true self.

    I stay in the fight or flight mode because I work in a job where a person is attacked over the least little thing that is said and even when a person is doing the right thing. I’m tired of being in this mode.

    This is alot of great information. Thank you so much! Living with a narcissist caused me to not be able to sleep for nights and days, not be able to hold a job because I was always tired and on edge. In addition I was having panic attacks constantly. The drama he was bringing to the relationship was constant, I never new what would be coming next. I was beign given pills from the doctor to be able to sleep and high blood pressure meds because my blood pressure was extremely high. I am now away from that person and rebuilding my life one day at a time.

    One thing trauma gave me is an off switch. That has saved me from the worst damage from chronic stress, but flipping the switch back on is the trick.
    Sarcasm and laughter has become my medicine when dealing with people who are nuts. Sometimes you have to just look at the elephant in the room and laugh. I have my flaws, but the narcissists in my life are PROUD of theirs.
    I refuse to allow anything to manipulate my emotions anymore. I use my empathy for information, but I need to stay grounded in the reality that other people's emotions are not mine. I need to know myself to know the difference. Their projections fall off, ineffective, when I know myself.
    I used to be an example of the symptoms on this video, but I.have learned the hard way how not to be easily manipulated.

    Thank you for your excellent videos. I'm 67 , and just finally learning these things about empaths, and how being an empath has affected my entire life. This information is literally life changing. They explain so much that has confused me and complicated my relationships.
    I esp appreciate your explanation of the stages of empath stress and the suggestions of how to self heal. I think I am currently in the third stage and your videos have helped me accept my instinctive need to seek rest and soothing. They give me the support and " "permission" I need to take care of myself. This in itself relieves my nervous system.

    Never heard all my symptoms tied together
    in a way that makes so much sense.
    Been stuck in a loop of being overwhelmed,
    lashing out, isolating, than a short period
    of wellbeing. Followed by the next trigger
    then round and round we go.
    Very difficult to deal with if you don't know
    why, so much self hatred, highs & lows.

    These videos are excellent! They describe my present state of existence...! I am in a total state of depletion and stuck on the freeze mode of CPTSD! I already have adrenal insufficiency... I’ve done grounding and the Wim Hoff Method! I was doing well very well.
    Then I’m sabotaged again and again. I can’t believe the situation I’m in! I feel as though I’ve lost the battle. I’m 68 yrs old. A struggle with a narcissist at this age is much harder then before.

    Heeeey ABDUL !! …..I cannot express to you - how many things put me thro alllllllllllll these stages - for YEARS !??!
    Anxiety attacks...Night terrors...upset stomach...stomach problems...memory loss from traumas, physical sicknesses and evil attacks from Narcs.
    The doc put me on very low dose anti-depressants...I got WORSE ! So I kept going out and singing and fighting for the TRUTH about my situation. Some things are still going on - tho I trust GOD to FINISH THE JOB ! and He has healed me physically 9 times over the last few years, and lifted trauma off my spirit. I have been able to reach out and connect and help others - as I am MUCH stronger in all areas of my life now. The TRUTH - IS SOOO HEALING !! \o/ ;)

    Stage 3 for me is like being sedated, I'm not fully asleep but I'm not able to move. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I don't even feel stressed sometimes but the resistance part totally explains that. This is so amazing to have explained, no one understands or cares to be honest, but its a lack of understanding

    Seven years of narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, bullying and harassment in the workplace. The first was a 4-year stint at a hospital with a covert malignant narcissist who tormented me and finally pushed me out for some made-up lie. Next I found myself in a corporate job with another toxic narcissistic boss. In 2020 and throughout 2021 I was suffering from chronic stress and burnout because of the job and would find ways to nurse myself through it. I left at the end of 2022.The toll it has taken has been immense. I’m slowly crawling my way back and trying to rebuild my life. Thank you for this information. So helpful.

    One thing you didn't mention that was very helpful to me, similar to yoga is massage. Also box breathing/deep breathing and there's a ton of apps you can download and set reminders throughout the day to stop and deep breath for a minute or two. I found my breathing was naturally very shallow and the app helped with this, being more conscious of my breathing

      Robert BOIS Shallow breathing saved my life. Asthmatic since a child, did BUTEYKO with Sasha, a Russian who had studied with Professor Konstantin. After that one week course I never took Ventolin nor any prednisolone again (1993, Jan) In 2018, now, it has been 25 years of feeling well physically) Please don’t breathe deeply, it is a path to physical destruction- SHALLOW and RAPID improves your oxygen uptake, chemical homeostasis will follow. Many, many benefits to shallow breathing. That was not one of your problems. That was your natural knowing, knowledge, STRENGTH. Lifelong learning is strewn with stepping stones, and lots of quicksand in between, 😃

    Burnt out stage...Have already started on the 5 levels of healing following my intuition....Taken afew weeks but things are starting to turn around very slowlyt...Each day is different, I have some highs in between now...On other days struggling to even want to live.. .I know I can't afford to give up, need to keep moving forwards..Thank you, I know I'm on the right road to recovery at least...Has given me more hope things will start to get better n better for me....

    My entire life has been under a lot of stress...with the result of illnesses that come & go...lots of pain...and it's still going on. I am learning all about narcs...and the stress they inflict on their victims. I am so tried...and only wish for some peace in my life. I will be 68 in Nov. So that is a very long time to live with high to low stress...from early childhood to now. But at least I have been learning the "WHY" of it all. So thank you to all these U-tube talks. They are really helpful . Knowledge is the key to trying to get to that place of "peace".

    I moved near a river 3 years ago. The city built a walking path. Hardly anybody visits. I highly recommend all empaths live near a river it is healing. Everyday I walk near the river and I see the trees/plants/flowers/water. I hear the birds and other animals. I feel more connected to the Source and healed:)

    I wanted to take a moment and thank you for focusing on the Empath here as most folks on RUclips at least are so focused on the Narcissist that true support for the empath is not available. So much of what you have shared has helped way beyond understanding the narcissist. Once I got the narcissist, I wondered- "well what got me here" and I searched and searched. Then I found your channel! I just wanted to say thanks and encourage these videos. This is a general statement but it seems many empaths that have been hurt by a narcissist make it their mission to expose the "narcissist" but forget that they played a part too. It is nice to see a third party explain this because many are just venting about their experiences. Your channel is very helpful to me in my journey. Thank you!!!

    I do psychotherapy in California and I enjoy your approach tremendously. As an empath, I found myself dating a narcissist. I had exhausted myself doing more academics and I was experiencing the first two stages-but went right to exhaustion after only a few months dating him. He literally drained that much energy. We must also protect ouselves when in the first two stages...calming...and self protection.

    I'm Blessed & guided to of found this channel. It's about time I figure out who and what I am and how to protect myself. I was becoming so sick, withdrawing had one so-called friend I allowed in my life...and my thought was "Energy Vampire," she would drain me and leave. But this time I had had enough after so many years of abuse. I don't know WHY I ever thought she was a friend. Just felt sorry for her and the life she lived. For the 1st time in my life I said enough! And slowly I'm feeling better after the blackest depression in my life...that almost cost my life. And then I found your channel ❤ fibromyalgia, bed ridden, drained and self isolation. Cancer, transplant and small surgeries after surgery. Proud to say that I'm educating & shedding toxicity. Just having a bit of difficulties w/the empath thing or ME having anything special/different about me.

    This is me now...you are spot on...I’ve been at exhaustion and had chronic fatigue....slowly coming out of that by shutting down and grounding and not being around a lot of people....but the moment I have stress from other people I have an attack and can’t function complete exhaustion....to the point I can’t even walk.....and just want to sleep I know who the people are that trigger this now, so I find it all so interesting....thank you

      firestarter I am exactly where you described! My exhaustion and fatigue I had been attributing to thyroid malfunction, but taking zinc and magnesium has helped, and I didnt even realize that I was shutting down and staying away from ppl just to feel better, then if I socialized at all I became so upset internally that it started making me physically sick at my stomach!( dry heaves mostly because of loss of appetite!) and my inside just jitter! Never seem to get rest even though I am worn out completely! thanks! Because of your comment I feel that I better understand what I need to keep a check on to keep my nerves calm

    Wonderful video! Had a true nervous breakdown 39 years ago. Never been the
    same since. Use Magnesium malate for years - Works best for me. I drink
    micronutrients dehydrated green and red drinks. Really good ones at WM.
    Not expensive. Helps rejuvenate energy daily. Hard to go without. If don't
    replenish daily will run out of energy. Diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency
    many years ago. Still follows me. Constantly have to replenish nutrients
    to keep going and good sources of protein also. It's a lifestyle or I lose
    function and feel like another breakdown is coming to get me and I
    have to just stay indoors to avoid stress. I use nature to help heal, the
    Bible, some friends but some give off negative energy. I also do
    other things to heal - nature walking, peace and harmony at home,
    along some photography, landscaping, gardening, cooking,
    baking all at my own pace - no pressure. I get upset with some
    people in my religion but also have had problems with not
    being able to tell some to mind their own business and boundaries.
    Has made me feel crazy at times. Too much negative energy
    coming my way but am learning not to let that happen any
    more. Had a lifetime of abuse from childhood on. Doormat
    too many times. Sick of it.
    I'm an EMPATH too and have evidence I was born more sensitive
    than many people. It's been both a gift and a curse.
    Learning how to protect my boundaries from nosy rude people,
    especially those with narcissistic traits who like walking all
    over me. I pick too pick up on negative energy from others
    and it can make me feel like I'm going crazy.
    I think you have a lot of reality based and good things to say
    and are helping many of us like souls who suffer.
    Maybe you could comment and let me know what else I
    could do to help my nervous system. I have Complex PTSD
    and have taken all kinds of things for sleep including natural.
    I still have various medical that interferes with sleep. On a med
    now. Thank you.

    Thank you so much for everything here, fantastic! Vipassana meditation has been great for me since 1977. Deep breathing on a regular basis is fantastic. I love the sensation of smoothness in the breath coming and going, and I love letting go. I am just a simple everyday layperson. This meditation assists me to feel my real feelings and other sensations in my body on a regular basis and this in turn teaches me what to do for myself that takes care of me lovingly, the best I can at any time. Vipassana includes doing whole or part body scans, inside and outside. Whatever is not working well on the inside, eventually shows up on the outside, meaning my body, my skin and physical posture and spiritual posture.
    I'm glad to find myself here. Btw I usually don't like people very much, this makes sense to me now. No one likes getting hurt, no one likes that feeling including the trauma and the setbacks that go with it. But I do like it when we work things out together and when it works out well. Enthusiasm is great, you can't beat it.

    These videos are life giving. What if you grew up with a narcissist and your nervous system is chronically stressed even when nothing stressful is going on? I feel like I am constantly on rev.

      I used art therapy with colored pencils and oil pastels. Images associated with the abuse are enlarged and scanned then the outline traced onto card stock. It really helps. Something simple like a portrait or place is all that's needed.

    Thank you so much for the video. Cried first 10min. Than when you said no talking therapy helps at these stages, I thought of Lowen therapy. Psychotherapy through body. This has lots of grounding basis and breathing techniques etc. For anyone interested.

    So true! I had stomach acidity, intestines not regular, gastric paralysis, arritmia, pinches in shoulder nerves, hand jitters... big hair loss for days. I thought I had an autoimmune desease. Analysis didn’t show anything.. I was going nuts! So tired, like a brick on my back... I read so much and now I know that when I’m stressed , my vagus nerve is very sensitive and fails , so I get those arritmias and gastric problems. I had a narcissistic father and all my life acomodate not to disturb him or else the house would clash with agressivness. I find to marry with a man that was also from a disrupted family, a nasty narcissistic mother. She was way worse than my father, psychologically speaking. My husband had coping mechanism that I found myself not understanding the reason he reacted that way and feeling ackward and frustrated. I was almost every time ansio us and some times depressed, trying aagain not to disturb and feeling so lonely. Now I understand that I must say what I think without being aggressive and not ruminate on what the f is happening. I’m clear about my opinion and discard the posterior inward discussion with myself. I know I have my faults, that’s why I got married with my husband. I think if we have a defect we search for someone with similar faults or worse to lessen ours... but it helped me also to realize what I had to overcome. I’m more councious, I eat what I think is good for me ( don’t ever eat by sympathy-what or when the other wants) I go for my walks alone and prefer it that way, I don’t measure myself by cleaning my house, my cuisine skills or the way I want to dress. And my physical problems have been way diminishing. So people understand what’s going on in your life and be well. Wish you all a happy journey. Blessings

    In 2006 I suffered optic neuritis due to extreme stress over many years! I lost my sight in my left eye. This vid was so mind blowing for me! He speaks the truth! I began doing grounding techniques recently & using snow obsidian along with smoky quartz to block energy vamps. Along with this health issue I was forced to drastically change my diet & it’s done nothing but help me. Take his advice & don’t engage in negative people or situations. Write down 3 things your thankful for everyday. When you make eye contact with anyone smile, we’re all humans we just happen to be a little more sensitive. Thanks for this vid!

      Rhuematoid arthritis at age 1 1/2 years old. I was fed and diapered; yet completely ignored. I was an "accident" according to my mother.

    I see a lot of comments of the nervous system being attack which in turn turns into adrenal gland dysfunction. This is so important to constantly heal and recover from on a monthly basis from here on out. Your health is your wealth.

    I have known I was an empath since I was 7, I didn't know there was a name for it, I was afraid to tell anyone, but my mother figured it out and helped me navigate the world as best she could... she was not an empath, but she was an awesome Mom and helped me get through life without being destroyed. I am glad I have a name for this condition or whatever it is... that's half the battle. Knowing others deal with this and I'm not just a freak is a comfort...

      I was as well and started napping a lot just to get some rest in. I also was taking vitamins, multi, C,B, magnesium, Epsom salt baths daily, using Himalayan salt on my food, eating superfoods making suree I get omega 3 like salmon......going in nature...hope this helps.

    Hey, I've just discovered that it appears that I am an empath. I now realise that my core drive to feel and to constantly be giving of myself is what has caused my tension and exhaustion. I just also got a eureka moment - I am the way I am because of a device purpose. I therefore draw unto me persons that need what I have to give. My trouble is that those around me don't reciprocate, so I then get depleted. I have conclude that my depletion is due to my disconnection from the devine source. I have also always noticed that listening to uplifting music somehow energizes me. I think that the key for us is to deliberately and constantly re-energize ourselves through some sort of daily routine such as prayer, meditation or listening to the right kind of music - (which can also have the effect of combining prayer and meditiation). Thanks for your videos. They've been a great help.

    I'm actually feeling more relaxed just witnessing you.
    Having recently being awoken(imploded),to my narc family of origin scapegoating?(recovering codependent?/empath?, ex-victim!), and the slowly increasing realization of the cruel and despicable extent their damage has affected myself and many others.
    While I am currently experiencing a shocking, almost overwhelming increase in all forms of horrible narc/psycho gang type abuse. Your videos are indescribably helpful, once again thank you.

    You've nailed it on a clinical level.
    Most health professionals and every day people don't understand this enough and anyone having experienced this have a tendency to think there is something wrong with them or they're crazy.
    Being able to identify this eliminates labelling people's symptoms as psychosomatic or in their head. It is but it isn't.
    Those of us who have experienced chronic fatigue and fibro labels know very well it's real and very much impossible to recover from when the stress generated has been long term and trauma based.
    Thankyou so much for explaining this in such simple terms what most people don't understand.

    Thank you Dr. Abdul Saad! I am in the “exhaustion” stage. You have helped me to know why I am lethargic but peaceful. From your teaching I understand that I need light to moderate exercise and magnesium. Narcissistic trauma caused this depressive state that I am in. I couldn’t figure out why I am sleeping a lot and not active, but in my bed all day, however, your teaching made it plain and clear. Thank you very much! May God bless you in every area of your life.
