Rushie, I have multiples of each different rope but my favorite is the Nova! I train with the Nova 4 days a week, 1 day a week with the Money and once every 2 weeks with the Legacy. The Legacy always kicks my butt but I totally feel this video, it is exactly how I've been training! #RA4LIFE #TRWF #RushieIsKing
I see your videos and others on the tubes, you make it look so effortless. I've been jumping for 1 week now, 6 days ( I took a rest day) and your videos are inspiring. I hope to one make it look as effortless as you sir.
This was a timely video because i commented on one more recent when you were teaching the double-under cross-over. But I find that I have to put more into spinning the Money Rope harder to get it to move since it's lighter. It actually feels slower than the 1/4 lb rope I usually use. Unless it's all in my head. My 1/2 lb rope does move slower. I have three knots in the Money rope to get the right length. I just need to practice with it more. I'll use it to warmup before my regular HIIT sessions with the 1/4 & 1/2 lb ropes.

I give mine a bit of a stretch with my feet every so often, like when measuring the rope for the correct length. I make sure I hang them up with the handles down. That works for me, you could try that.
