I have a 2022 prestige SQ5 with the air suspension, adaptive steering and rear diff. It grips those curves like crazy. Not sure what you're on about with the body roll

Without the air suspension it does have some body roll so he is somewhat right. Air makes a massive difference and really fixes the handling! So glad I opted for it!

I got my SQ5 second hand at 40k miles. The original owner i got to meet since he was the salesman as well. Dude optioned it perfectly. District Green, prestige, with black optics package and S Sport package. I think the only option that he didnt get was to opt for the cooled seats but im not complaining!

I rented an 18 SQ5 from Turo and was very impressed. The interior is high quality. I have an 18 A4 and the same buttons in the sq5 were much more firmer. The rental had 60k miles and was surprised how smooth it still drove. The engine is kinda loud which I was shook but was bummed on the gas mileage lol

Good review but I do not think you should say the SQ5 is not dynamic and that it has body roll when driving on back roads. This is true for the model you drove as it did not have the S Sport Package but is not fair to say as a blanket statement. When getting the S Sport package (available on Premium Plus and Prestige trims) it gives you a Sport Adaptive Air Suspension that not only lowers the car by several inches to help with being top heavy but also keeps the car level in hard cornering, which dramatically reduces body roll. On top of that it also provides the Sport rear differential which allows 100% of the torque sent to the rear to go to a single tire. This allows you to power out of corners much faster and sooner. For anyone looking to get the SQ5 to enjoy a spirited driving on back roads then the S Sport Package is a must. If you are looking to just get a faster/sporty looking Q5 then you could probably skip it.
