Oh my heart!!! Your precious family blesses my heart. I check daily to see if you have new content. When I see something new I save it until my babies are in bed then I snuggle up with hot chocolate or coffee and watch your journey. Only complaint, they end too quickly!! 😊 However, I go back and watch past videos, and God is using you to minister to my heart as a Wife, Mother, Woman and a child of God!! Im so happy for you guys and Ezra is such a blessed lil gift from our most Precious Heavenly Father to have been given your family. I know you feel blessed to have him. So excited to continue on this journey with you!! Praying God continues mighty blessings upon you and your family, in Jesus Name!!
Aww, thank you for your comment! What an encouragement you are to me. I pray that your love for the Lord will grow drastically, you will be renewed with the truth of the gospel in your daily life; that you'll come to embrace and love your role as wife, mother, woman and child of God! You are loved dearly, sister! Thank you for praying for us!
Ezra seems to be a happy child with good manners. His foster Mom&Dad really nurtured him well. Please don't let him forget them. Bless your family!! PTL 😇
Thank you! May God Bless you! Ezra was definitely well-taken care of. I pray he will be able to look back on these younger years with complete joy and peace. :)
I think the fact that you both understand his Korean upbringing and can speak the same language are both huge in helping him adjust. I’m hoping he’s doing well and getting along with his older siblings. 💕🤗
It's hard watching them grieving their foster parents, but how wonderful when they transfer that to their new parents. I love watching Julian on Mel something's channel. Julian went through the grieving also but, now, he is SO happy and so attached and in love with his brother and Papa and Mama.
"Not flesh of my flesh Nor bone of my bone, But still miraculously my own. Never forget for a single minute, You didn't grow under my heart, But in it." Congratulations, Mom and Dad. And another very lucky little guy!
What a blessing that he was in such a great foster home. His ability to adjust shows that he was well cared for and Is secure. The nurturing he received from them was true love. So amazing to see. That nurturing has given him the ability to bond. He probably will miss them for a good while.
His foster mom and dad will always have him in their heart and remember him on his birthday. I still remember my foster babies, and after forty six years we are in contact again. Candy is as sweet as an adult as she was as a little one, though childhood after us was a little difficult. She is always happy, and upbeat! So wonderful to be in contact. Hope you can send pictures and see them in the future!
Little Ezra reminds me so much of our MinKee. Such a happy boy! We didn't see greiving until later and it was much more subtle than our youngest. Food was a comfort for both and they ate non stop. Ari (our youngest) still does and he's been home 14 months. Hope you are all settling into a new normal. ❤️🤗
Ezra is indeed a very happy boy! As for the grieving, we've experienced some, but not to the extent we were thinking. It has been subtle. I truly think it does depend on personality; everyone copes and deals with grief differently....and I guess food is the most common way for these sweet boys. We are settling in wonderfully! Praise the Lord!
I hope you will be able to adopt one day! It is one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. That vlog of meeting the siblings is the next one coming up :)
Can you keep a relationship with his foster parents? Ad a foster parent it's sooooo hard on us and the kids when they leave. I think the more people that love on our kiddos and support them the better. God bless his foster family and your family. I always tell people to read the book the primal wound by Nancy Verrier to get familiar with some of the traumas us adoptees go through. It's a good book and will help you all out.
Wow I love you’re glasses their stunning, poor Ezra grieving but I suppose it would be a bigger problem if he didn’t, thanks again guys for sharing, god bless you all, love from Scotland 🏴
Thank you--on the glasses. We hope to continue to share God's goodness in our lives. May God bless you also! & Wow--Scotland! We hope to visit one day! :)
Adorable couple and baby. Two years ago, I watched a Korean adoption video by an American couple. I think the baby’s name is Sarah. It was a very emotional video, and I fell in love with that little girl, who may be 10 years old by now. There were videos about this little girl fir several years. Now, I can no longer find the videos on RUclips. Maybe the family retrieve the video to protect the little girl’s privacy?
Wow! Ezra is doing so well! Yes, he will go through grieving that will show up at various points in his development. It first shows up in the form of wandering around asking for Uma. Then, it will manifest itself in insecurities (such as "when will you be back to get me"). As I shared previously with you, my son is 12 and still has some of those security worries. I can't wait to see more videos!
Thank you for sharing your experience! It helps to hear your journey and how grieving manifests in many different ways and it's okay. It is a process. ❤
From all the adoption videos I’ve watched it seems like the Korean foster homes are so loving... God bless you on your journey you have. Beautiful family.
He really is an cutie😍😍😍😍 I hope you have a wonderful time raising him as he seems like a well mannered boy. Thank you for bringing him joy in his life.😍❤😍😍❤💖💖
oh ezra is the cutest ! he looks very well mannered and smart ! also i stayed in the exact same hotel while in seoul a few weeks ago haha ;)) love from france
These video's are awesome. My wife and I are just beginning the process of adopting from Korea. It has really given us a realistic view of the process. If you get a chance you should make a video about what you would do again and what you would suggest not to do about the whole process and travel. Anything that would help families that are going through the process. God Bless you and your family.
So glad we can help give you a realistic view of the process! Congratulations on taking the first step towards bringing your child home! It is very exciting! :) I will take note of this comment, and we will see if we can put a video together for you guys. God bless you and your family also!
Sorry!! We did not mean to make you hungry! Also, thank you for the prayers! We really do not care about the number of subscribers, but we do pray that this channel will be able to encourage and point others to Jesus through glimpses of God's grace in our lives. :) We hope you guys are doing well! Thank you for always praying and supporting us!
You seem like a wonderful family! I think (didn't see 100%) that Ezra didn't do a peace sign but a heart with his thumb and pointy, it's a thing many koreans do when they take pictures. Thought it could help but as I said I'm not quite sure :)
At first, I thought all the comments saying Ezra looks like Julian are weird but at 7:50 I see the resemblance (to Julian's adopition video). But he definitely looks different most of the time.
I'm so glad you guys decided to adopt him. Being adopted by white adoptive parents would of fucked with his identity growing up, but because you guys are also Asian, those things won't happen and he can grow up without questioning his identity and parentage
His foster parents were referred to as eomma and appa as well. We thought that was what he was doing at first also, but he kept pointing to me as "eomma" whenever he saw me. 😊

Hi beautiful family 💕🙋🏻♂️ I'm your fan from Indonesia, I hope you update more often. Jesus always bless your family 🙌🏻
Hello👋 and Thank you! Wow-From Indonesia!😍 We hope to upload at least 1 video per week at the moment. 😊
서준 likes apples. Why did Ezra cry?
Why do the children have bottles at 2?
I am not sure, but a lot of the korean toddlers do still have bottles at two :D
His Korean name is Seojun? aww ,btw he really love camera
Yes, it is SeoJun. & He does seem quite familiar and comfortable with the camera ;)
@@kang_glimpsesofgrace omg im happy to hear that ❤
i think the kid was doing heart signs with his fingers.
I'm so glad you guys decided to adopt him. Being adopted by white adoptive parents would of fucked with his identity growing up, but because you guys are also Asian, those things won't happen and he can grow up without questioning his identity and parentage
Are you Korean too? :)
Peter is a Korean American adoptee, and I (Kang) am Hmong American. :)
Glimpses of Grace Because you speak korean like 사과(apple) and 뭐해?(what are you doing?), I thought you are Korean American. You speak korean very well👍
Do you know something about his parents......?
We do not, other than their health history.
Poveri bambini hanno una mamma e un papa😥✌
I think seojun doing ‘heart finger’ and he said ‘hateu’ means heart, he is so precious 🥺✨
Yes, thank you! We figured that out finally after Ezra's 2nd week with us :)
Are Opa and Oma not the people who took care of him? Aren't you mom and dad? Does he perhaps indicate that he misses them?
His foster parents were referred to as eomma and appa as well. We thought that was what he was doing at first also, but he kept pointing to me as "eomma" whenever he saw me. 😊
How dutch of you to assume that about opa and oma ;p
Kn
Should be better when your home and can establish a new routine he's bound to be a little unsettled. Your doing great 👍💗💙
Thank you!
