Lorraine I m not if you have any idea just how satisfying it is to watch a Zimbabwean RUclipsr cooking and I learn. I struggle to find anyone local that posts on a regular and watching American and British RUclipsrs while entertaining can be a bore because you can never find the ingredients they use. So thank you for this one.

How long should the sadza bubble or kwa that before cooking?
For how many minutes did you fry the fish?
The cabbage and WHAT was the green stuff? For how long did you cook it?

How do you clean off the smell on your hands after cleaning your fish. I won’t be able to eat the fish if I clean it coz that smell lingers on my hands?

I usually just use a fork and it's easier to remove them when your fish has defrosted
