Wow! Now here’s a stylist who knows what he’s talking about and didn’t make any false promises to his client. In fact, his client seemed somewhat disappointed that it seemed like there wasn’t too much he would be able to do but look at her face after. I was blown away at how great the cut looked and how the color was perfect for her.
He did a Brilliant job, That is a good hair stylist, he actually "listened" to her without interruption, the color is Beautiful on her, goes well with her lovely eyes, He is correct, I don't know why anyone would layer her hair that short on the sides like that, it's going to look more lovely when her hair grows!!!
This is the sort of hairdresser people with wavy/curly hair dream of - like finding the ideal pair of dreams! When you've found them you don't want to let them go. Lucky for this lady she is pretty, so she can carry off the unfortunate previous layering.
He was so good to tell her the real truth about her hair, the color going darker, the layers growing out taking years. . . He did an amazing job fixing the mess another made. The way he blended the layers makes her hair look so beautiful and the color looks natural. I wish I’d have had someone like him to fix the mess others made with my curly hair so many times. She was lucky to have found him. You look beautiful Girlie!
I don’t know what the season was but I agreed with the stylist, the color already looked beautiful and natural. Looks like the end of summer, sun kissed by the sun. Perfect for autumn colorings.
You sound like a knowledgeable hairdresser, I’d definitely go to you. I love your advice about the colour. A shame we can’t embrace the warmer tones in our hair when we are young. Now I’m going grey I wish I had left my hair it’s natural colour my whole life
Can you please make a video about how to properly do a layered curly hair cut? I think many hair dressers don’t have a clue how to do that. I usually end up with the mentioned holes in my front area :(
Beautiful job! The lady has a great personality, and is beautiful inside and out. You took the time to explain everything to her and break it down, so she has realistic expectations on her hair journey. Well done!
Awesome work!!This man understands curly hair and layering! So many stylists cut short layers in front so the hair at the top and side is gone. I had the same happen. Good honest advice from the stylist. With good hair vitamins my hair is growing fast though! ❤
Yes!!!👏👏👏 the first HD that said Ash makes it go black!! I tell them and they have no idea also no layers for the front of curly hair...yes!! You get it!!
Love watching your videos. I was thinking why not ask her if she would go for some lowlights to blend in the light part with her natural roots. This way still keeping some of the light would look nice on her in my opinion and hair would countinue growing until she was back to her natural colour. Just a thought 😊
I'd love a consultation with this man - he just works wonders. The single most important thing for me is all about the condition of my hair - nothing else! I wouldn't care if he needed to cut my hair short. I don't mind grey hairs because I am naturally light blonde so it blends but as I age it's getting light and lighter and I find it's aging but would want it dyed because it is drying and then there's regrowth very quick. He is a genius.
That is the problem of Demi colors. You still use a developer, which opens the hair shaft and will strip some natural color. So every time you go back and overlay to tone, you are lifting a bit and damaging a bit more. So when the toner washes out you will see more yellow/ brassiness/ red. There is regular maintenance that comes with Demi’s.
Rami Jabali, you are amazing! Having had my own hair disasters and currently growing out my hair too, I feel the pain of your client. To the Client: You look beautiful. I loved the conversation on neck cracking too. All the best to you both. 💖💖
Yes, this part I don’t think understand as I have lived her story & it will always go back to warm once the toner wears off. And if you get it repeatedly toned it gets drier & drier. So, it seems there’s no solution- I can never color or get highlights. I’ve tried warm & cool colors & toner but it all eventually turns reddish (which I extremely dislike even tho other people stay bent on liking it) I’ve also tried very good hair products, and purple shampoo, hair mask, not wearing hair bands, silk pillow case, etc., as my dry curly hair breaks off easily. It looks great the day you leave the salon (like hers) but almost with first shampoo it starts changing . . . And, I can’t straighten my hair . . . more breakage . . . my hair takes the color really really fast, like they were talking about but have emphasized & told stylists & they always still over-process it. So it has become my only option to just leave it natural, yes growing it out for YEARS & working with the curl & taming the frizz. Now that my hair is turning to silver or what I think will be eventually white, there isn’t anything I can do to it. I tried getting ashy low lights to blend in with the silver & they just turn yellow blonde to reddish over time & I can’t redo & redo as it just makes more hair to turn reddish over time. Is acceptance my only answer; it seems so.
Well great example of under promise and over deliver! I am stunned at the beautiful result. Before she looked like a high school girl that does everything to her hair herself after she looks like a professional very chic elegant woman
Beautiful hair cut. I have curly hair and didn’t know about layering at the back and slowly feathering into the front (as opposed to the other way around). Lovely colour on her as well.
I have thick curly hair and I've also asked for layers many times, they can't do it. I've stopped putting myself through the trauma and don't go anymore.
I learned years ago to tell the stylist not to cut my bangs above my chin..because if she went any shorter, then my layers would be real short and choppy like this girls hair. And my hair can be a chin length bob and down to breast within 3 years. This stylist is very smart, he listens and he knows what he is talking about 😊
How is there no comments?! 1. When people say i want my natural hair color, why do they keep coloring it? STOP COLORING IT! 2. I was not expecting that transformation 😮 it does look like you cut the hair in the front though. And she said she wanted it curly still. This bob cut only looks good straightened 😅

That's a good hairdresser. He knows exactly what the hair can and cannot do and he doesn't pretend otherwise.

Omg! My jaw dropped at the final haircut and color! It's absolutely stunningly gorgeous😮😮😮
I don’t know what the season was but I agreed with the stylist, the color already looked beautiful and natural. Looks like the end of summer, sun kissed by the sun. Perfect for autumn colorings.
Looks great! The "before" is a perfect example of why I will never let anyone cut my curly hair with layers!
You sound like a knowledgeable hairdresser, I’d definitely go to you. I love your advice about the colour. A shame we can’t embrace the warmer tones in our hair when we are young. Now I’m going grey I wish I had left my hair it’s natural colour my whole life
She looks completely different! That's amazing!!
Can you please make a video about how to properly do a layered curly hair cut? I think many hair dressers don’t have a clue how to do that. I usually end up with the mentioned holes in my front area :(
That’s one of the best transformations I’ve seen on the internet, she looks so beautiful with that colour! Gorgeous hair cut too 😍
Beautiful job! The lady has a great personality, and is beautiful inside and out. You took the time to explain everything to her and break it down, so she has realistic expectations on her hair journey. Well done!
Omg she looked fabulous! You did a great job …

Love love the colour and the cut. Please move to Australia.
Yes!!!👏👏👏 the first HD that said Ash makes it go black!! I tell them and they have no idea also no layers for the front of curly hair...yes!! You get it!!

Love how he fully educates his client and is completely honest!
It's beautiful; cut and toner but if she doesn't maintain it will throw warmth again.
Lovely work 💖

What an incredibly beautiful result. So much helpful information for naturally curly hair and color choices and the results.
I agree her starting color is pretty bit the after is gorgeous!
Beautiful color and style. Would have liked to see the curly version.
I have thick curly hair and I've also asked for layers many times, they can't do it. I've stopped putting myself through the trauma and don't go anymore.

Looks great 👍
Amazing job and your so right in not getting sides cut short on curly hair
He’s a genius
As a curly hair girl, that really didn’t help . You just straightened her hair….
Totally... I agree with you
Thank you. Wondering why everyone gushing!
yes where are the curls?? this cut does not look modern, but if the client is happy that's all that matters
there's nothing he can because the layers have already been cut, that why he's using her as an example as what not to do
Wow!!! She looks great.
This looks amazing
Wow beautiful work!!
What a pro!
Wow she looks stunning after the cut
Nice work. It's suits her very well ❤
Her hair would look perfect with a shag haircut which is even more layered. But I think he likes more conservative looks :)
She can now wear the front and sides as a large bang with a pony as she grows out looks amazing.
What gorgeous results.
He says it will take 6 years to grow out like she will need to wear her hair up everyday until then and then in the end she looks gorgeous! 😊
Amazing! Genius 👍
Very knowledgeable guy.
Exceptional! It is amazing what a decent cut and the right toner can do.
Beautiful ❤
