My stomach always hurts from stress and anxiety from worrying a lot and I'm losing out on sleep from over thinking making me feel worse... I went for medical exam and nothing was wrong, I even had ecg because I thought I was having a heart attack. Astaghfirullah! May Allah forgive me for failing to trust in him when uncertain. May he strengthen our imaan. ❤🤲
Always stay in the present moment. Concentrate on what is happening in the present moment. For that is all that Allah has given you is the present moment . Stay in the moment and you will be ok inshahallah
I’ll give u best advice for ur uncle to cure from cancer ♋️ pls take him to pilgrimage to house of Allah for umrah or hajj in Makkah & stay in Al-Haram & let him make lots of istigfar, Quran recitation, lots of Duas to Allah & wash himself with Zam Zam water frequently & repeat the supplication frequently to Allah (SAW) for cure from cancer ♋️ inshallah the cancer will be gone ❤
