Hi my friend, thank you very much coming from you that means something. I watch your channel maybe way too much. But I enjoy it and think you and your group are quite awesome. Yes it was a fabulous day with a lot of moving pieces and parts. I wish I was much better at video making and editing like the people in your group or in the plastic crack podcast, but I’m not but I’m trying. I’m glad you enjoyed it
Thank you. It was the first time I ever scratched built things. I didn’t turn out totally the way I wanted to but it was a fun day nonetheless. I don’t think anybody saw my mistakes
I’m glad you liked it. It was such a fun day and took a lot of energy out of me but it was well worth it such a beautiful day with fun laughter and of course a lot of sweating
Boy, I can tell you that was an amazing game day. We had four different games going. It was the entire Peking expedition. I did it all in one day. It was really amazing.
Oh you had no idea, I’ve never seen gamer sweat and be as nervous as these and all of my born days. They really really liked it it was the campaign of the century
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 The closest thing I can compare to that was playing a massive Wings of War game a few years back. We had a huge sprawling table set up. The Germans sent numerous Gotha bombers and fighter escorts to bomb several targets and the British sent up numerous full squadrons to stop the attack. Was a great battle to say the least. We had something like fifteen players and over thirty planes on the table.
Hey good morning, thank you so very much for the comment. I tried my very best it was a big day but it was a fun campaign and I think our club really enjoyed the immersion versus just having a battle here or there. I definitely would try to do something like that again. But this time I would probably take more or better footage
No I don’t think so I just created it from scratch the rules we played for the battles was death in the dark continent I provided you the link below from more games illustrated. X4 It was a fantastic day and I think I’d like to try it again doing something else maybe samurai 400 years war, Italian words, so many interesting things to do.
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 It looked like a lot of fun. I really liked how the Allies had to choose between speed and resources in particular. I am planning a campaign around the siege and relief of Chitral Fort in 1895 and I will definitely be stealing that idea!
Thank you. We had so much fun. It was intense. I’ve never seen gamers so nervous😜. We had mega prizes and bragging rights so it was super intense for sure. I’m glad you watched!
Thank you very much it was a big day with a lot of moving parts and pieces that somehow it was pulled off. Making movies is certainly a new skill set for me not easy and after I’m done I always kick myself wondering why I didn’t do a better job
Wonderful tables, so many building, really love the Peking layout; must have been a challenge running a multi-table campaign in a single day
It was very difficult but super fun day.
Wow Kevin that looks fantastic!! This is the kind of thing you should put on at Historicon in July!
Wow what an extraordinary campaign. It puts my toe dipping into the period to shame. Amazing

Great looking campaign, looks like a fun time!
It was a total blast. We had a great time

What an amazing table. This gives me a lot of ideas for making my own siege scenarios

By the way, check out my Hussite video. He also has the wagon train built. Might be interesting for you.
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 thanks I will!

In hindsight I probably should have created a campaign mechanism in writing. I did a PowerPoint but it’s just homemade.
