Thanks for this. I bought a thing of nooch and its been sitting there because I wasn't sure what to do with it. Just made some of the cheese sauce. Have you ever put nooch in beans or rice? I'm wondering what it will do, what consistency it will have, in a pot of beans or bean soup.
Thank you for doing a taste test of this brand. I've been thinking about ordering from them, but I wasn't sure if I should because of the price, without hearing how it tastes. The one that I have now is fortified, and I thought that they all were. I'll be ordering it now that you've tried it. Have you experimented with any of their recipes? 😊
what blender do you like to use for your recipes. I have a vita mix and its tough to get the thicker stuff out. And I was thinking of ordering this Noochy Licious brand just saw it on Insta
I love my Blendtec. One of the reasons I bought it was because it doesn't have the sharp blades of a Vitamix and many others. But it blends great! So when you're cleaning it you don't have worry about cutting your fingers on the blades. It's also less expensive than the Vitamix AND it's made by a U.S. company.
What type of blades you have? My Vitamix blades aren't sharp. I can rub my fingers up and down the blades, even when I first bought it. You must have a newer version. I bought mine back in the 90's. I guess they changed it on the newer versions.
I hope I can enjoy cheese again as I'm allergic to cow's milk ... just having cows milk aggravates my asthma and I ended up clearing my throat due to mucus.

Do you know how to get any customer service from this company (Noochy Licious/Gloriously Vegan)? I was supposed to get cookbooks with my order. No cookbooks. So I have over $100 in Noochy Licious and no recipes for beginners. I have emailed the company twice, but there is radio silence from them. Not even acknowledgment of an email sent to them. Please have them contact me.

It's amazing in pretty much every savory dish. I also enjoy sprinkling it over pasta. It blends and mixes well in everything I have ever put it in.
