This is so interesting to me. I met him on the “red, white, and green” tour, when there was a crowd of probably 60 people and he was such a dick to me lol. I asked him for a picture, and he was angry that I asked for a second one because the first one was blurry as fuck. I know can read through the ten56 lyrics that he wasn’t in an amazing place, but still kinda broke my heart haha

The way Aaron Gestures tells me that in order for him to perform this song he had to remember how angry he was. The reason these songs hit so hard is because the anger behind the lyrics is real. If he wasn't angry they words would fall flat.
