Geometrical Constructions: Class-9:Angle 45°

Geometrical Constructions of Class 9.
Construct an angle of 45°.
Steps:
1. Draw a Ray AB of any length.
2. Take half of the radius of AB and draw an arc X which should meet base Ray AB.
3. With same radius draw again an arc Y. Join AY.
4. With centre X draw an arc , with centre Y cut an arc Z.
5. Join AZ.(Bisector)
6. Therefore ZAB is 45°
