You know that court's decision and ruling creates and sets prexedent.
So if court male a ruling that POTUS is immune to crimes committed while in office, then the precedent ruling will allow the next president immunity. That means President Joe Biden will be immune to all the "alleged" crimes he commits while in office. Also for all the future presidents from the on after Biden.
