I made everything on this recipe exept for the creme brulee. The ricotta dip in my opinion was fantastic! I wouldn't put so much honey in it though. It was just a little bit to sweet, and I would defiantly add lemon zest to top it. the zest adds a great flavor and balanced the sweetness. I made the Mac and Chesse, but I couldn't find truffle oil for my life 😣, So I made it without. the mac and cheese was really gooey and cheese. I took five bites and was full! it is the thickest most decadent mac and cheese I have ever had! If you make the mac and cheese you will have leftovers for months 😂. overall it was really good and I made it for my family and we all ate so much!!!
