I am currently doing an MA in Education, Leadership and Mamagement and doing a dissertation looking at experiences of BAME leaders in HEI in UK. I wonder if I can interview you and if at all you meet the inclusion criteria which is that you need to be in academia within the UK and in a leadership position (middle or lower or higher is fine ) .
