One thing I'm curious is from your Chinese accent you seem to have learned Taiwanese Mandarin, and the subtitles are in traditional Chinese too. So can you read both traditional and simplified Chinese? Or did you just learn one of them. Because for local Chinese we don't have much trouble understanding the other once mastered either one. So I wonder how is the case for foreigners.
You can go to Tiantai, Linhai, yongxi etc. in Zhejiang province to experience the true rural culture and views. These places are beautiful, full of Chinese traditional culture. And not many tourists there!
If the place is easy to access then usually it is more crowded. Like in the UK, we also drive instead of taking the extreme pricy train. Book a private car you can find places with very less people, I remeber I travel to 阳朔 to see 油菜花 which took me 9 hours train, then got on a bus and finally got on a motocycle (with driver) to reach to the very very rural area where you can find the peacful and authentic village life.
Stunning scenes, especially the waterfalls. Visiting China is dangerous -- you will gain weight. But it doesn't matter, by walking ups and downs, your weight gained will lose again.

I know you speak fluent Mandarin but still fascinate me when you speak in English and then pronounce Chinese cities accurately in Chinese in between speaking English. Put me to shame where I can't hold Mandarin conversation fluently despite having Chinese heritage and living as overseas born Chinese.
Many white British lived in Hong Kong during colonial period, many of them could speak fluent Cantonese, some of them raised in Hong Kong, could speak native Cantonese

中國疆域遼闊，人口太多，各地風俗人情有巨大差異.......火車上的人，有的來自偏遠鄉村，有的來自繁華城市，14億人口中難免有一些素質差的，吐痰和手機揚聲器外放，他們往往會忽略了身邊人的感受......希望這種情況以後會逐步改善！

每次看到有人提到大陸人有人吐痰，說真的，我今年在旅遊四川的期間，將近20天裡，只在九寨溝看到一個人吐痰，不懂為什麼總有人放大這個部份，我昨天在我家附近的公園，也看到一個老翁吐痰，但發生的比例也是很低，我住台北
大陆吐痰人确实太多，年龄基本在50以上人，有的人不停的吐，可能有病
这太正常了，因为达赖不在西藏，那些西方政客就试图让大家相信除了海外藏人，大陆把藏人都灭掉了，现在的都是冒充或者被奴役的。关键是这套白痴逻辑还有人相信😊

針灸 針 should be 1st tone, 灸 should be 4th tone. 灸 you said it as 3rd tone which means wine instead of acupuncture.

Hi,舒萱、Florence两位美女好，刚看完vlog很真实的记录，看到了一些美景，也品尝到了一些美食，你们想寻找中国古老的文化，没有商业气息“很传统”的特色地方，我想告诉你们有几百上千年古老建筑群很少见，要有当地特色的也只能去些农村了，现在城市都是统一的现代化建筑，可能博物馆还能了解一些地方历史文化。下次有机会4月-5月或9月-11月去川西游玩，制定好计划花上半个月，相信我你们会感受不一样的中国，那里不仅有美食美景还能美化心灵，那儿有神圣的信仰❤❤❤
