It was a great gig but people talked loudly for the whole gig. It was dreadful. He told them again for the final song too. It was very annoying. Also the bass was mixed way too loud the whole gig it overwhelmed the mix. Also annoying.
People don’t appreciate good music. It’s sad. Almost not even worth seeing them in the states. People talking instagram this, Facebook that. Such bores. I like not giving an F what others are doing.
I mean people paid good money to be here, it's shitty some people don't take that into consideration and just spoil the show, this is supposed to be a special moment for the people in attendance
This seems to a thing, I watched Noel Gallaghers recent show and people were yapping there too even during one his best songs. Wonder if people next to them ever say something. @@JoshMarshain
I was at this show, i can't remember what song this played after, as I kept a set list in my phone's notes, but I got a picture of Thom putting his middle finger to the fan, and I think I'm gonna frame it
I was at the Glasgow gig two days before this, my nephew and I had been drinking all day and I missed this song for having to go to the toilet 😂 thanks for this, excellent quality 👍
@@SlummingItWithScotty I like a drink but I went to the smile at the 20th of march in Glasgow band was amazing but people constantly getting off there seats every 5 minutes to get another drink there’s no fizzy juice to dull it or anything so some of them where just drinking straight vodka I don’t understand why you wanna sit in a sweaty room surrounded by strangers and drink your livers to death the whole night.
I don't know why they took the guitar out. It added a lot to the song. The studio version doesn't excite me much. It's been toned down quite a bit too. It's a shame because these early versions were nice.
The 2nd thing Thom said was "They'll never respect your voices". Still sounded like a good song lyric to me lol. I wonder if he was talking to them or himself?
@@twochordcool They are. For me though, the smile hits all the right spots in a unique way and more consistently than radiohead. Love the other 3 members of radiohead no offense to them ofc but this is the right way for thom and jonny, they know it and i hope they keep ignoring the idiotic radiohead obsessed fans forever and ever and ever
@antiochiaadtaurum3786 huh? That same part of the "paying audience" was disrespecting the rest of us and the band by being loud and obnoxious while they were performing Thom did us a favour by telling them to be quiet
I love when Thom tells the crowd to shut the fuck up. I can't stand when people have full on conversations at concerts.

You guys probably aren’t ready for this just yet. But your kids are going to love it
I love that they can do whatever they want. They earned it.
The Smile is just such a good fucking band. Every song they release is a banger, this will be no exception.
can you imagine if Jonny lost his shit on the crowd for talking instead of Thom.
I believe he clutched his pearls more than once
The second thing Thom said was, "They'll never respect your voices". That sounds like a premise of a damn fine song lol
When does he say that
I was at this show, i can't remember what song this played after, as I kept a set list in my phone's notes, but I got a picture of Thom putting his middle finger to the fan, and I think I'm gonna frame it
There is NOTHING like watching Thom move and groove while he sings... he's so fluid ❤
I was behind the tallest person in the world at this show, so I appreciate this amazing footage!
5’4.5” tall here. Gotta take advantage of every bit I can
Sorry for my 6'9
i absolutely love when the drums come in

This song is soooo incredible!!!
Once Thom runs to the piano, I fly through the air on their sonic plane! Love it gents! Just love it!
This song is everything ❤
How can you chat and talk whilst this is being performed. They have no soul
He’s got that mic at Ed height.
Do not piss Thom off.
LOVE ❤❤❤
Great one, thanx for sharing. ❤
Starting from 3:40 it sounds like The War On Drugs (sort of hahahah)...Amazing
Anyone notice the riff from Bloom at 5:01?
Nice quality!
Thanks! New phone definitely came in handy on this one :)
Drunks probably. Seeing shows sober is a much better experience. 😊

Epic!!!!!!
The released version and this one are both good, but the end of this one is much better.

Is this song not released yet?
Not yet
It is now.
now jt is
I was at the show and it was great. Too many people were filming. Annoying and distracting.
Electricity rules…
Anyone got Ross from friends in their heads?
these two girls were talking behind me most of the time! so annoying
their live stuff sounds good sometimes but i just don't think they capture their best in studio with the smile. i miss radiohead.
Don’t get him started about showing guilt for supporting Israel
What an annoying audience, sometimes.
Radiohead has to make a comeback. This all cool but it’s about time.
They are so good that it's like getting Radiohead when not getting Radiohead.
Why would they want to? They get to play new songs without having to be obligated to do the hits every gig
i hope that comeback never happens. Hate the fans that keep saying this. Long live the smile (an improvement on radiohead)
