Discussion: What more can be done to support deaf children?

Scotland Tonight hosted a special discussion panel on the challenges deaf children face and what support is needed to help them thrive.
STV News reporter Kelly-Ann Woodland, Mark Ballard from the National Deaf Children’s Society and Rachel O’Neill, who's a senior lecturer in deaf education at Edinburgh University and a former teacher of the deaf gave their opinion and their own personal experiences on the subject.
