*Final Flight* Las Vegas Sands Boeing 747SP-31(VP-BLK) final departure out of Las Vegas!

  • Here is Sands 747SP final departure out of Las Vegas for Kansas City! It was such a sad moment to see the final day this aircraft will leave Las Vegas for good. Rumors have that the next owner will keep it flying still or it will end up in the TWA museum. I'm hoping she still gets another life of flying around the world to showcase such an iconic aircraft. Actively flying, there are only 3 SPs still actively flying, hopefully BLK remains part of the three still flying! BLK has graced Las Vegas and the world for 17 years! Hopefully she will continue to fly with a new owner and come visit us again soon! Farewell VP-BLK! As always, I hope you enjoy the video!

    While this is a sad day in Las Vegas aviation history, all good things must come to an end. Thank you for capturing it over the years.

    We will definitely miss seeing this historic and rare aircraft here at LAS and now we’ll see what’ll happen with the aircraft now

    Was fortunate to surprisingly see this classic plane take off in San Diego. What a pleasant surprise it was.

    I wish sands can get a widebody plane but this is my favorite private plane I love the pw engine sound and I wish this sands 747sp stays in Vegas forever
