And because we have rhythm in our body, do I have to get started to level up trainings from now for that? ex) before season starts there is pre season to feel more fresh in the season. And I want to find out which period should I be training very hard. And when should the training be lighter for better condition for the camp
Hey Lee, thanks for commenting! It’s not really about working harder during one month and less on another. Try to prepare for that training camp as effectively as you can and slowly ramp up the intensity as you’re approaching it.
