He’s Talking about impartation. You receive power from the Holy Ghost at the baptism. but a gift can be imparted under mentorship from someone. Check Romans 1:11-12
@@ministerward7780 I understand that the Holy Spirit gives gifts of the spirit. But what you don’t understand that these same Gifts can be imparted onto someone or to bestow upon someone to further the body of Christ that’s not false teaching.

I am needing clarity--and maybe I misheard but I thought prophet said that we are born with power or not and demons don't respond to when we call the name of Jesus . If so, what chance is there for deliverance and for Satan to flee? All of this is predicated on whether we are born with power ?
Papa respectfully,I think a lot of what you are talking about is authority. We have authority like a police officer would to stop and arrest and power like a warrior,vessel of God would to manifest His wonders on earth. Power and authority are different but can work together.
