The Absolute Truth. I found out I cannot eat any and everything, it affects me spiritually it affects my discernment. So I got spiritually sick I couldn't eat for about a year. But yet I was not hungry and drank more water felt fine, but my spiritual gifts were strengthen. I bless God He Kept me throughout it all.

I went through something similar. I was in deep grief for about a year+ and it affected my appetite, I could barely eat and I wasn’t hungry. But it produced in me a strong spiritual transformation and I’m much closer to the Lord now. Hallelujah 😊
Papa, I now know why DADDY changed my eating habits!! Also, it helps with communication. I realize DADDY does not compromise. Thus, why rejections were made! Wow 🤩 Thank you for you Wisdom DADDY!!!

I started fasting to control the flesh and it’s powerful
2:19 if you can’t control your stomach how can you control the devil, if you can’t control what’s inside of you how can you control what’s outside of you?
3:23 is your stomach controlling you or is your will, you want your spiritual needs over riding your physical needs
4:15 Jesus in the wilderness. He shifted his attention into the spiritual world, and was immediately able to shake his hunger and the devil
5:26 your mind quits before your body. Extend your physical capabilities. Allow your will to push you farther than your present sufferings.
6:04 Have you ever seen undisciplined ppl successful? Your stomach cannot rule you
7:05 your mind vs your body (your comfort), the body always loves easy things and an easy way out
8:10 whoever rules his emotions is better than capturing a city
9:30 if you cannot rule over your body, then how can the Holy Spirit rule over you to empower you to do such great things
9:52 it is important to live a fasted life, control your portions, intermediate fasting, 11:13 all spiritualities live fasted lives
11:23 hs dwells in your belly!!! How can you be so full of food , how are the living waters gonna flow!

This is talking to me . I can't seem to finish my Fasting lately. I used to go for up to 10hrs fasting but now I can hardly do 6hrs. I need to go back to the secret place of Peayer. Thank you Man of God for this teaching
