Praise the Lord. I have a unique faith journey, because I actually found my faith by changing my prayer and the name of Jesus in my morning meditation prayer practice I have been doing for years. Are used to be in to vipassana technique, I could never figure out the body scan, but I can sit there and sit and focus on the breath going in and out of my nostrils and not react to my thoughts and just be present. I really believe this helps my mental health and helps me not crave things that I don’t need. I’ve always believed in one God and I used to pray to other spiritual entities, because I was kind of gnostic. Now I only pray, in the name of Jesus, and after meditation, I pray for about 10 minutes and then I read scripture and I’ve been doing this every morning now for about a year and a half and I know God‘s presence is always with me, the meditation that I do just clears my head so I can be more present with God and pray more clearly. I’m not meditating to get enlightenment. I saw online that people were trying to bash prophet Lovy because he wanted to inspire people to meditate with the Lord and I think it’s crazy. That people would even criticize this man because he has the best Bible interpretive sermons I’ve ever seen in my life, and he has completely changed my life and leveled up my faith with Lord Jesus Christ, and I know he’s doing a lot for the same people. Anybody that’s trying to attack this man is completely sick with the devil because he is pure vessel of truth for Lord Jesus Christ, and it is important. I think to clear our heads before prayer, which is what I do and what I would like to teach people one day. Thank you. I love you so much. God bless you in Jesus name.

I thank God this veil was removed I also thought bad of meditation because I saw it elsewhere..... I thank God for the revelation of most things because we were stagnant Christians not inquiring who God is but just accepting that we're safe.
