Certainly her party would have NEVER kicked her out, she would have suffered no career consequences at all , and what is worst: people would have continued voting for her as nothing happened.
everyone is jailed when they break conflict of interest forms they sign. one simple solution, which lawyers always hate! corruption is part of being a lawyer no surprise, like saying fish live in water. after governing authorities are mostly scientists (STEM), back grounded people, corruption will go away since these types have licenses which prohibit corruption, or the STEM jobs are lost. In contrast, lawyers jobs are mostly being paid in corrupt ways to protect the rich from the poor.
...FIFA's Headquarters are in Zurich, Switzerland...?
The garden is growing weeds. Oh, dear. What shall we do?
We just want to welcome EU to the club. In Africa we usually consider stuff like this as an annoyance. We move billions to Swiss and London accounts everyday for safe keeping.
"The Qatar Grand Prix, which made its debut in the 2021 Championship at the Lusail International Circuit, was not present on the 2022 calendar. The Grand Prix is planned to return in 2023, originally scheduled to be moved to a new purpose-built circuit, after a one-year hiatus during which the country would focus on hosting the FIFA World Cup, before being set to remain in Lusail."
When will the EU first lady be arrested?

You only become corrupt if u get caught. Or u did not give 10% to the big guys.😑
Ursula is not amused. Mafia.
As always in these cases, i am less concerned about those they catched, but rather about those they might not have catched. Also we quicklyget here into the area of lobbyism and how legal corruption seems to me to be the bigger issue. Sure aslong it would be openly done, regulated and every player would stick to rules, then it might be acceptable, but is that always the case? When its not we are back at my initial statement about those who are not caught.
You always have to assume that a corruption exists among the groups who have important decision making powers. The issue is not its very existence, but how early and quickly the organization identifies and corrects the corruption. The effort must be constantly on-going.
I'm shocked 😲
