The Best Cave to Visit in Laos During Thakhek Loop

- This video will tell you everything you need to know about Thakhek loop. When you will be visiting south of Laos you will definitely come to Thakhek and if you're fan of motorbike/scooter you will do the Thakhek Loop. It's the famous motorbike loop you can do here.
Where to sleep
KGB Guesthouse - clean, good atmosphere, you can rent a motorbike here
Sabaidee Guesthouse Thalang - first stop of the loop should be here. Really lovely guesthouse with great prices, an amazing atmosphere
Enjoy boy Kong Lor Cave - second day, you can sleep close to the cave. Very basic but a good room. Maybe you will have the same room as us without the key.
What to see
Cool Pool - amazing natural Pool but it has to be sunny
Kong Lor Cave - is the most famous cave to do during the loop. Kong Lor cave is 7 km long and you will take a boat to cross the cave. AMAZING!
Blue Lagoon - it's not in the video but if you have time you can go there. It's bit far from the main road but if it's sunny it's perfect to calm down your body.
If you check mapsme, you can see plenty of caves on this loop. So just choose one and visit.

Wow, still looks the same! I was in that cave in 2011. I see they charge a lot more money now. Used to be much cheaper. I think they just charge whatever they feel like. Foreigners get charged more, that’s how it works there.
Yeah they definitely rise the price and they will for sure even in few years. It’s like that all over Asia 😏

Uhhh!! Loved that loop! But I saw so many people not skilled in motorbike driving absolutely ruined!!! Careful guys! The loop has pretty good roads but don't understimate them!!!
