    These bags are totally amazing. I have over 100 journals i have completed in the last several months, and these bags would be a great addition for " wrapping them " to give to others. Every journal will be donated to nonprofits for their raffles, giveaways, and Christmas gifts for kids in low income families. Bags could be coordinated to theme of the journal. What a stunning idea you have made.. Your projects are always so creative and i thank you for sharing your creativity with all of us.

    Oh sweetheart I have recently found you and love everything you do. I have recreated so many of the items you have made. And this one is just as luscious. I have to post a journal off today to a customer and have been stressing as to how to house it. This is the perfect answer. Thank you so much for all your ideas. As I get older I have what I call 'old people brain' I used to have so many great ideas and now the poor old brain has slowed down so much that is why the universe provides us with people like you. Not only are you very creative and clever but gorgeous as well. Again thank you xxxx

    I love projects that make use of things I already have. This one can go in all sorts of directions.
    I think I will also tape the bottom closure on the inside just for extra sturdiness, and maybe put the handle knots on the outside. Who knows? The possibilities are almost endless.

    • @divahc1
      @divahc1 3 года назад

      If the handle ends are on the outside, you could add charms or beads to the ends of the handles.

    I really love how organized and clear you are, so at the beginning of the tutorial I know exactly what endresult to expect, and what materials I need and what the step-by-step procedure is. This makes it so much easier for me to follow! And also to decide whether I'm interested in the project or not. Recently I saw a lot of tutorials that didn't show the object clearly and I really had no clue what the heck I was watching, that's kind of annoying. With your videos, this never happens! Thumbs up and new subscriber :-)

    Very good! Great way to use up discarded papers and lovely as well. I’d like to get together with friends nearer the Holidays and make dozens of these to give to relatives and friends. We could also make them to give small gifts to shut-ins and others who could use a little cheering up. How about a few decorated for children, too. Endless possibilities! I hadn’t thought about this before. It’s a great idea and well presented, too.

    OMG, this is perfect! I'm giving craft supplies to my niece for her birthday among which a A3 cutting mat so finding something to put all the supplies in wasn't easy. Plastic bags are uuugh and boxes are either too small or way too big. Plus, I have lots of book pages to use and these A3 colored sheets of paper that were given to me (I wasn't going to refuse! ;) ) but that I'm not really usin with the colors are too bright for my tastes and coffee dying doesn't improve them. Well, they're staining what they're in contact with once watered so at least there is that but still, I have lots unused as well. So it's a 3 birds 1 stone situation! I'm hyped!!
    I think I'll make a pocket on the front where I'll put her birthday card :) It will be cute (and possibly inspiring for her as well).

    To be honest I wasn't going to watch this but I did because I like your work. I wasn't going to watch because I didn't have any interest in making bags.... or so thought. Well I ran off and made a little one right after watching this video. These are adorable! I might make a batch for christmas presents instead of the throw away gift wrap or those commercial looking purchased gift bags. I'm not going to make them Christmas themed so the recipient can continue to use them after the holidays. Brilliant idea and thank you for sharing.

      Susan thank you so much!! Haha I love it! I love that you felt so inspired and made one straight away. Thank you so much for your kind words and watching the video even though you had no interest in making bags. It really means a lot! Thank you
